I have them at my house and my moms house. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them and so does Keoki- I tried others before I bought these and they are reasonably priced. |
Years ago, my DH made a couple of ramps and carpeted them. These seem to work the best as they can go to any height needed. I also have a set of Doggy Steps (Doggy Steps 3 Steps - Now Only $19.95 - The Official Site of AsSeenOnTV.com) that work well too. They are good up to 70 lbs. I have seen some like these that have a much cheaper plastic framework under the fleece. Not good! This brand has a fairly sturdy frame. My grandson gives them a work out from time to time and they are still holding up well. They are inexpensive too. There is a pic of my new baby girl using the Doggy Steps in my photo album in my profile here. |
I have stairs very similar to those. I got mine through the Lakeside catalog | Lakeside Collection Oliver can get up there on his own just fine, but my bed is on the tall side and I just worry about the long term affects on his back making that jump. He never uses them for getting down, but if they are there, he always uses them to get up!! |
I have a tall bed and I got some that are carpeted over wood. They're heavy, but I was worried about something light toppling over with her and I did not want to see something like that happen. Here is a site. You'll spend more, but I'd rather spend more for safety: Dog Steps - Dog Stairs - Dog Steps for Beds - Fast Shipping! |
