This just ticks me off! Some people just don't understand that buying a dog is a great responsibility & a lifetime commitment.
It's sad to read this little baby is being sold after he was bought (surely by an uneducated person) at the tender age of 6 weeks old.

What about this idiot? Wants a free yorkie or is willing to pay a whopping $50. Yeah good luck. I guess she doesn't realize yorkies actually require upkeep once you got one?

hello, the title says it all haha i would like a free or super low cost female teacup puppy (yorkie, chi) . i know i may be crazy haha but the vet bills with getting her fixed and shots will already cost a lot so if i can save that money to get her fixed and get her shots it would be cool. i can probably pay $50. not a lot i know haha but i can promise a loving home! my parents have a westie and a cairen terrier so she would have playmates but would sleep with me and do everything with me! please DO NOT CONTACT ME IF shes not free or low cost. im looking to adopt a new family member, not put money in greedy wallets. thanks, well i hope you can help!

How many flags does a person have to get for the ad to be removed? Can anyone flag? I have never used Craigslist. Thanks for the info.

Added my flag- though to be honest, I'm not sure they can do anything as it technically doesn't violate their TOS.

Don't know what the magic number is to flag, but top posting is a violation of their TOU. So tempted to email this girl....

I think someone should email her. What's the harm? I am new to the Yorkie front so I'm not sure I'd be best suited to. Someone needs to tell her about hypoglycemia, broken bones from being stepped on, etc. and ask her how she will pay for that. Someone needs to tally up the exact cost of a puppy for a year with food, supplies, toys, treats, vaccines, etc. and ask her to rethink it. Wow. That is just sick. The constant "haha's" really are disturbing.

I was just about to. She sounds young and/or naive.. She needs to know how much money, time, and care is needed to take care of a pup.. And I am so sick of "teacup"..

Vet bills, shots, and getting neutered? Guess what we all have to "save" and pay for that. It's not that simple.. Can she also afford his/her bedding, pen, crate, bowls, toys, and everything else?

Yep and I wonder if her parents even know she is planning on bringing a puppy home, or does she think just because its free they will be okay with it?
Like you said there are lots more to pay for and I bet it will be left to mummy and daddy to pay for it all or the poor pup will end up in a rescue.
I would love to get the things I want just given to me but thats not the way the world works.. you get nothing for free.
If you want something you have to work hard for it.

I actually really hope she IS a child because if she's not thats pretty scary.

I don't doubt her going behind someone's back.. What if someone does give her a "deal" puppy and it's health starts diminishing? How will she pay for that? :(

poor, unfortunate pup.. That's all I have to say.. I really want to email her.. Not to harrass..just to educate or guide? I don't know.. I'm too irritated to be nice.. So many people are like this.. My friend wanted a puppy and she admitted that "if he's too much trouble, i'll give him to my parents". Sorry but at 21, that's not correct thinking.. :(

after lexi passed, I use to search a bunch of those pages and just get so ticked off.. This girl put up a picture of herself posing like she wanted to hook up.. (15-16 years old or so) and wanted a tiny teacup for 75 because that's "all she got".. Ugh..

These people need to realise that they are NOT a fashion accessory, they are a living creature and should be treated with a bit more respect.
