Okay some people may not like this tactic but it worked for us. I had a bitter and younger children who were not doing anything wrong she would just bite and hang on. I was so frustrated so after trying all of the above suggestions someone told me to squirt her with water from a distance so she would not know where it was coming from, so she would just think that when she bite she would get squirted. so that is what we did. IT WORKED great. It did not hurt her. Funny she figured out it was coming from the squirt bottle now if I tell her no and she is not listening all I have to do it bring out the bottle and she stops. This would not be my first choice but if you are running out of options this does not hurt and they get it quickly | We tried that... didnt work because Poppy jus LOVED being squirted. :(
In the end she was being so naughty we were drying her 10 times a day LOL.. even when I shouted NO! and squirted her she would jump up into the air and catch the water in her mouth... |
