I don't have a tiny one, but I just love your terms! Cupcake/Pound Cake, I think you started a new one :D |
woot im cool lol |
Loove cupcake and pound cake! Genius! Kenzie is a cupcake, 2lbs @ 5 1/2 months, she's 1lb 3oz @ 12weeks, don't know if she'll get bigger, the vet said we need to wait til she's 8 m/o, but she's very compact. Go yorkie yummy bakery :) |
I love having a cupcake and a pound cake they keep the bakery so zesty! |
My Catherine stopped growing at 5 months... she has been at 4.25 - 4.5 pounds since then.... Some people say you can't say a female is truly done until 8 - 10 months, boys 10 - 12 months - but Catherine stopped at 5 :) |
Our Sara, weighs 1 pound and 2 ounces at 12 weeks. She doesn't know that she's tiny though, LOL. She is very fiesty and doesn't let the bigger dogs play rough with her. She actually scares them off, so cute!!! |

My Sophie Mae weighs just a little over a pound at 12 weeks. She goes to the vet next week. Will see what she actually weighs. She is very tiny. But she thinks she is a German Shepard. :) |
Brooklynn Kouture is only 2.7. pounds and she is 12 weeks old and she is not growing so fast either but i was told by the breeder that she was a little smaller than the rest of the litter but not that gimmick word TEACUP! OOOOHHH and ya terminology is super cute! |
your babies bigger then mine and younger! |
Rosie weighed 1.7lbs at 11 weeks..The breeder doesn't think she'll hit the 3lb mark but she's 6months old and almost 3lbs now. I weigh her on the kitchen scale and she is so close. I really hope she makes it to 3.5lbs ! But I'll love her regardless of her weight :D |
What a sweetheart! I love your little cupcake! I agree, much better than teacup! :P I have no advice, I just wanted to tell you that she's PRECIOUS! |
Sofia weighed 1Lb 2 oz at 12 weeks and she is now 2Lbs 5 to 8 oz depending on when she ate last. |
Tila was 2 lbs 4oz at 3 months. Last weigh in was 8.4. She's not big at all. |
Duh, it said tiny mommies. lol. My girl wasn't wee when she was small. Well she was wee, but not as wee as the wee little ones. Sorry my bad. :) |
My Harley was 2lbs at 3months and stayed that way for a very long time now Harley will be 1yr old on Sept 1st and she is now 4lbs exactly:) but her parents were also small dad is 2.5lbs and mom 5lbs, so she is right between them:) |
My Macy was just under 2lbs when I got her at 6months old. She is now 20 months old & weighed 2lbs 2oz at the vet last week. I have found that she is fearless!!! She will climb, crawl her way up to wherever she wants- I try to be extra careful with her & I don't let anyone hold her-she is a wiggle butt & I had someone drop her when I first got her home! Scared me to death! |
I have one little girl that was only 1.6 pounds at 5 months old and she is now 3.25 lbs. at 4 years old. BUT, I have a little boy that was only 1.5 lbs at 5 months old and he is now 7 lbs at 1 1/2 years old!!! So, you never know, you just love them no matter if they are a cupcake or if they grow into the whole cake!!:p |
Jasmine was 1.2 at 8 weeks and now weighs 3 1/2 at 1 1/2 years old. Her parents were 5 and 6 pounders. |
I'm hoping Rosie makes it past 3lbs! 4lbs would be better imho. Only because I have a friend who has a yorkie that needs daily medication for allergies and if she were under 4lbs they would not have been able to treat her.....So I would just like her like her brothers who are estimated to be 4lbs! |
what is it with the food dish? what is it with yorkies & their food bowl? Winston 1st bowl was a purple plastic bowl, he flipped it & since then he is afraid of any bowl except his water bowl. I have to put his kibble on the floor! cracks me up, he won't eat it from a bowl. Anyone else have a pup eating from the floor? |
Bella was 1 pound 14 ozs at 12 weeks. She is now pushing 3 pounds at close to 20 weeks. She has been right on track to be around 4 to 4.5 pounds, has been right on track with the yorkie growth chart from the beginning when I got her at 1 pound at 6 weeks. |
Mia is 6 mos. old and weighs 3.2# so I like the word cupcake also!!! |
I'm a new yorkie mom of a cupcake. Tatiana is three years old, and she weighs 3 lbs. I have no idea how much she weighed at three months, as she was raised by her breeder. I've only had Tatiana for a few days. Off the top of my head, I find taking care of Tatiana's teeth a little challenging. Because she's so small, she has a small mouth, and small teeth. I'm using a dental spray to spray her mouth. When I spray the front of her teeth (where she can get build-up), the spray goes up her nose (because she's so tiny, her precious nose sits right above her teeth). The poor dear sneezed. She's okay -- she has no harm. I had to spray my finger, and brush the liquid against her teeth. :) I will be purchasing the dental gel to gently brush on her front teeth. I will reserve the spray to spray DOWN her mouth for the back teeth. Again, I've only had Tatiana for a few days. This is the first situation I experienced where her size created a limitation -- no dental spray for the front teeth. Of course, I think I easily (and happily) worked around that. Hope this helps. |
My baby boy was 1.01 pounds at 10 weeks.....1.34 at 14 and now at 22 1/2 weeks he is 2.75! I am so proud. I was really scared that he would stay teeny tiny. I mean he still is tiny, just not so teeny:D I also have a 26 week old girl that is 2.78. I hate them both being small but the reason I picked her as a sister is because I didn't want my boy to get hurt. Having small babies is scary! |
1 Attachment(s) My little cupcake Charm was 14 oz at 11 weeks she will be 16 weeks in 3 days and is 1.13 oz today on a kitchen scale. She is sooo cute she hops in the grass chasing my 2 other pups growling and she learned to bark a few days ago and it is such a tiny bark. I feed her 5 small meals a day because her size worries me I hope she gets up to 4 lbs at least hopefully 5 lbs. She is named well because she Charms everyone who see her fuzzy little face. |
Crickett was 2.6 lbs at 16 weeks and at a year old weighs a whopping 2.9 - 3.1 lbs! She is petite but has not problem taking on the horses behind our property. (Luckly there is a chain link fence to seperate!) Now the horses just look down at her and blow air through their noses. It practically sweeps Crickett off her feet. TOO Funny to watch! |
LOL I could totally see Sienna after horses she thinks shes a great dane and she barks its sooo funny her entire head shakes with each bark and her ears flatten and she almost pushs herself back a step. She such a looney toon |
Faith was just under 2 pounds when I got her at four months. She is now 14 months and her normal weight is 3.4, though she has lost a few ounces since being ill this week. |
