Okay, I found one that is 42 inches in diameter and one that is 53 inches in diameter. I need one that can have her pee pad tray and her bed in it with enough room in between to keep her comfortable. Which one would you get? Also keep in mind I plan on getting another yorkie or 'morkie' eventually. This means I can take her on vacation with us! |

I know! That is why I love her though! LOL!! Okay, I think i need to get the 52" but I want to be sure as it is more expensive. I have found a 42", 45", and a 52" I made a diagram on the floor using paper tape measures (I'm at work LOL!!) and I think the 52" is the way to go. The pee pad tray I use is the one you can get from Petsmart. |
I have one of those pee pad trays too. It keeps my boy from peeing on the wall somehow. |

My granny's pup use to climb out .....she was a tiny little thing too. She got a mesh playpen-climbed that too. She ended up having my crafty uncle make a cover to place over the top. |
Boy that is one determined girl!! My Benjamin did the same thing when he was tiny....i had to go and get a taller pen, but i wish i had seen the one from ebay...i like the idea with the lid! Good luck! Hopefully, she wont decide to chew her way out!!:D |
Pippin was a climber. We have one of the wire fold-up exercise pens and he would pull the walls inward and then scale up by putting his feet on both sides. We ended up having to get a top for the pen. Not only did it cover the top to discourage the climbing, but it hooked on so he could no longer pull the pen inward. He was soooo smart! Lyric has been using the pen in a rectangular shape (not square like when we used it with Pippin) and she hasn't gotten out yet. She also can't pull it inward like he could because it's wedged between our dining room table and a hutch. Hoping she doesn't figure out a way to get out because the top only works if the exercise pen is in a square shape, and we have no where to put it in our house! Good luck! |
Just happened to the pup of a friend of mine! 4 fractures in its tiny leg. Everybody was so upset. Once our Pepper started the climbing out of his pen, we removed it, for that very reason and now he is confined in room only (and loves it). I suppose, lid on pen would be alternative, otherwise. |

It refers to this post.:( |
