Sweet Yorkie Kisses Ok Yorkie Talkers let's hear your take on this. My little Deuce gives me (and hubby) the sweetest little kisses (licks) when we cuddle. Hubby wants to know why he licks us. Is it really out of affection? Thanks, Mary |
Oh, I believe it absolutely is affection:2hearts2: |
Absolutely! And doggie kisses are the very best (especially Yorkie kisses) I also found this: Why do Dog Lick your Face? |
I love yorkie kisses. Even at 5:30am |
I love puppy kisses. My hubby on the other hand says no kisses to the face. So what do they do? lick his arms. I say I look younger than my age cause puppy kisses are my facials. They keep me young. |
Lucy is the most kissy dog I have ever had. I love it. Sweet yorkie kisses! |

When I worked at one animal hospital, we had a conference with a popular dog trainer here in Delaware, and he kept telling us that dogs lick out of respect, and not affection, which I don't know if I can believe, but whatever, I think its affection! ha ha ha! |
Lil' Miss Izzie gives me "sweetness" all the time.... I love it !!!!! |

My 4 month old never stops licking us. Neither my husband nor I like it but haven't found a way to stop it although we work on it all the time. I am not sure if it's affection or respect but I've seen her 'lick' anything and everything outside..including worms and I doubt she has affection nor respect for them. She's just a licker I guess. Just my own opinion. |
My little girl loves to jump on me and give kisses!! She is such a loving baby. |
