I need your support, Bad Breeder.
 

To anyone that will listen to me... I bought a Maltese from a breeder (Debra Murphy-Kesling) who I have found out that is committing a fraud when it comes to breading. Her name isd Debbie Murphy-Kesling. Now she is a Maltese, but I received a letter from the AKC On June 8th of this year stating that DNA testing was done on the blood line and that my Maltese is NOT from the blood line that was submitted. Long story short I am finding out that this breeder has done this before and the AKC had suspended her in 2001 for 5 years to the affect that she known or should have known that 2 litters she submitted contained False certification. Now I am not "showing or breeding" my Maltese, but the fact remains is that the BLOOD LINE does not match. That in my opinion is FRAUD.. I have contacted the Attorney general of the stat of Ohio and she pretty much lied it what she told them. I am going to pursue this to the fullest extent of the law to shut her down. If anyone out there has had the same situation, please let me know or even E mail me at acioletti@sbcglobal.net. Practices like this from people like that MUST BE STOPPED.. I am willing to spend what ever it takes to put her out of business.

I'm sorry she wasn't exactly honest with you. Does she also breed yorkies?

I think you are right in pursueing this and I hope you get justice, I think you should at least be refunded some money.. Good luck.

i also had a problem with my broker/ breeer liar lady, i didnt think it was worth it at the time to take her to court over my dog but wish i had done so,,, she eneded up with a big fine and jail time from what i understand but i wish i had been relentless as you are so maybe she would stop, I wish you well with your quest and your dog, and i hope your dog is healthy even if she was not honest about the lines.

might i also suggest to go to rip off report.com to file a claim might not do anything except put it on the internet as a warning if people are looking up her name.
