What does your furbaby do that makes you smile... When I am quilting. I put little Max:aimeeyork on the chair next to me. He sits and watches me and twitches his ears while I talk to him. Then he lays down and just enjoys being close. I love it!!!:) |
I think just about EVERYTHING Pixie does makes me smile:D She is just a wonderful fun walk of life. I can't imagine a home without a Yorkie they really do put the word joy into your life;) |
I love watching Copper with my daughter's little dog. Copper's tail is going a mile a minute and he jumps in front of Zorro with his two paw and waits to see if Zorro will react. Zorro acts like an old man, but Copper jumps and runs around trying to tempt him into play. It is really fun to watch. |
Mya is one of those dogs that if you leave her for 2 minutes and come back, she get's as excited as she would if you left her for 2 days. When I come home from work she is just a bundle of excitement and love. Oliver is a sweetheart... he'll step up on my shoulder just to give me a kiss, and then run off to play with Mya. He's also doing SO much better around men since getting Mya (still a long ways to go), and any progress always makes me smile. They are both the love of my life, and while it's lots of work and money, and I do feel somewhat tied down (lots I wanna do this summer, but can't!), I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. Life would be dull, boring, and lonely without them. |

OK I can only put a few things but...I'll play... Clarence, my sweet little old man. He doesn't give a rip about anything. If he wants a treat he looks at me and barks till he gets one, if he wants on my lap, he looks at me and barks til I pick him up. If he has to go pee and noone has read his mind...he pees on the floor! Thank God for tile cleaner and paper towels!;) Keegan...he's my loverboy. When he's read to get up in the morning, he'll get really close to me and flick his tongue on my face...if I ignore him he does this little ooo thing really low so I know he's wanting me to get up. Sweet Sophie...she's my happy baby. She always has this inquisitive look on her face like eveyday when she wakes up she surprised to see everything. She's so bouncy and smiley..it just cracks me up! |
I love Levi's crazy personality. He grabs toys and shakes them around in his mouth, chases chipmunks around the yard, tries to play with every dog he ever meets, and then he absolutely crashes and acts offended if I try to wake him up. He is just so much fun. |
Lucy does so many things that make me smile. One is her pathetic whine when she really wants someone to play with her. I can't help but stop what I am doing and play. Another is how strong her front paws are when we play tug of war; it's scary how strong those front legs are! Everyone is surprised when they play with her and she gets those little front legs around your wrist. Last but not least, I love to watch Lucy and Ringo play. We took them to a big open field the other night and it was such a joy to watch them run and chase. You could tell it was a joy for them too. |
I think Fiona could just look at me in a way and it makes me smile. I really love it when I come home she gets all happy to see me! And when Im upset she comforts me! |
Better question is what DON'T my girls do that make me smile! Bristol on the bed with me when I am working on the computer-randomly she will come over and give me kisses. Love it! Always makes me smile! Gracie when I pull in the drive and she hears me EVERY time and starts barking and "talking" in anticipation! Love my girls! |
Another thing Max does is...as soon as he gets into your lap...he crawls up licks your chin the plops over on his back for a tummy rub...every time he get is your lap he does this...too cute..:D |
Nothing.. Calleigh doesn't have to do anything to make me smile. I just look at her and that makes me smile. I guess one of the sweetest things she does is tilts her head when I'm talking to her. She knows so many words. She seems to listen intently so that she understands what's going on. I love everything she does. :) |
Everything Jasper does makes me smile! One of my favorite things is when I'm getting ready in the morning and he brings his toy into the bathroom and puts it on my foot than he jumps up and taps me on the leg to tell me he wants to play! :D |
All they have to do is BREATHE!! i just love them soo much! i like to watch them play......tilt their heads back and forth when I talk to them....etc. etc.etc. :D |
Milou lyes on her back so I can rub her bely, when I stop rubbing her bely she kicks me with her hind legs so I start rubbing her again |
