Absolutely ridiculous! they mentioned cheap 2 or 3 times! How can 3 wk old pups be good with kids and learn tricks fast? :rolleyes:

Did their bitch just "happen" to get pregnant and they don't want the responsibility so getting rid of the pups asap? Trashbags.

Not sure really. I've had plently of ads flagged, that were totally legit ads. Many times "haters" will flag your ad to eliminate "competition", but other times it will take a bunch of flags to get it off. Who knows. CL is not a perfect site, as we ALL know. Kind of wish they never started, to be perfectly honest.

and ill go from there i want proof he is going to get rid of them early, then report it. i dont want him to turn around and say bad english, misunderstanding ect, and not get caught

Someone posted the link to a state by state list of laws. I'm pretty sure NY's said 6 weeks, period.

Contact the ASPCA or Animal Control in the area.

I say call animal control. Try to get his address and phone number like you are coming over to look at the dogs, then give that info to AC.

This is disturbing!!! My grandfurbabies are 3 weeks today and I just look at them n see how helpless they are! We have someone home 24/7 just incase they need more than mom can handle...Selling at 3wks is animal cruelty!

this must be one of those puppy scams. I just bought my new puppy, she is a pomeranian, and in the process i ran into 2 puppy scams. one of the scamers was claiming to be selling the puppy for $250, she was advretising in LA, and in the first email she said she 'is police by profession' (ok no cop says that, i have a friend who is a cop, and he says i'm a cop), then after a few emails, she tells me that she has recently relocated to colorado, where do i want the puppy shipped?
the second scam is from a man who is claiming to sell the puppy for $150, and he is in jamaica or on some island somewhere. he kept asking me, when do you need the puppy? Don't these people get it that people who buy a particiular kind of dog usually are not in a rush to just get any one? i guess not. then he tells ne he had two, and he will 'give them to you for $350' . Finally I asked him, what airline will let you ship a 10week old puppy internationally? WHAT an idiot!!! there are laws about bringing puppies from other countries and quarentinnes dur to transmition of diesases. People need to know about these sammers. Shipping puppies is not a good thing to do, there are plenty of dogs local all over the place that need good homes. watch out!
