Nose prints Who's had nose prints done for their pups? I will admit, I have done no research on this but re-read a thread in which nose prints were mentioned. What do you think? |
While I've never done professional nose prints I certainly have lots of them on my french doors!!! :D:D:D |

Oh yes, I have lots above my window seat. :) But seriously, are they supposed to be like fingerprints? I need to look into that. Thanks for the suggestion. |

I have so many nose prints on my passenger side window that I can hardly see out it! Maybe it's time to clean them off. |
I do not know about nose prints, however, I have paw prints tattoos on aLL of my fingers. 18 to be excat, a;way getting comments about the them too. :D |

But, back on "topic." No one else has heard that dog nose prints are as individual as people fingerprints? When I read that, I thought "WHAT A GREAT IDEA!" If Kaji ever gets lost, only a real owner would have something so uniquely identifying, even if their chip registration was changed or another worst case scenario. |
As far as I know, dog nose prints are unique like fingerprints in people. The Canadian Kennel Club used to accept nose prints for registering dogs but have now gone to tattoos or microchips only. |
