wow, i bet you both were scared to death! those screams are enough to give a mommy a heart attack!:eek:

where on the cage did she get her foot stuck? morgan has a similar wire crate and i'm just wondering what part of it is small enough for her to get stuck in?

if you already have an ex-pen, most of them have covers that fit so that the pups can't jump out. but if your is a wire one i can see why you'd be hesitant to use it again. the pink one you posted would be ideal as long as she can't move it around

I always worry about little nails getting caught in the soft mesh on those playpens...

I have that one and it is great. I really don't like the reg crates. Bailey is a little jumping bean and she would hit her head everytime she jumped.
You will really like the pink x pen.

I will tell you that if you take this outside make sure that you stake it down. I forgot to do this the first time I ever took it outside and the wind blew it and it blew across the yard. I was so freaked out because Bailey WAS IN IT. I felt like the worst mom in the world. I grab her and she just looked at me like what was that. All I could do was hold her and cry. She was fine but it scared the life out of me. Just talking about it makes me cry again.

I honestly dont have a clue how she did it. It was in the front left corner where the side and front join and clamp together. I could not get it out that is how tight it was in there. When I got some pressure off of her by holding her she yanked it out!! Ugh. I was sick.

Jazzy is back to herself playing. I keep picking her up to just chill in my lap. lol

I got an expen, but when she jumped over it I took it back to pet smart. I have been trying to decide the best thing to by. Sounds like I definitely need one with a cover on top!

I use an ex-pen and it has a lid that I bought from Petedge.com for dogs that jump or climb.
