I personally have never had any owner work on me before though. | None of the groomers i know have to pay a fee to work at a shop. usually they are on payroll and work on commission. the owner of the shop takes a percentage of their groom. i guess you can call that a fee but i don't see it as one.
just remember sometimes when you don't tip the groomer you are also not tipping the people that help the groomer and work an hourly rate without commission. just like not tipping the waiter, which in turn means the busy boy and hostess don't get a tip either. |
