Hey Everyone! Quick question!
Lexi doesn't like to get a bath, or get wet, she starts scratching her nails on the carpet or floor every time something wet touches her paw. We actually chilled at the beach which is cool, she liked that. But there is no way she'd go near the water (which in this case is a good thing=D). I was just wondering if any of your yorkies enjoy taking bathes, or likes the rain, swimming etc.

great question! Fiona is very silly, she LOVES being outside, getting dirty, playing in the rain, but when it comes to bath time, it's like the end of the world to her! She literally will grunt and moan the entire time, I bought restraints for the tub, so that she won't jump up-ok, that sounds bad, its just suction cups with a little lead, and you stick it on the tub floor, and hook it to their collar, and she does really well with it- i should upload a video i took of her in the bath the other day, you can hear how upset she is!

I guess I am lucky my two like baths, in fact if I don't put them both in the tub together the other one pouts..:)

Boo hates the water. He doesn't like baths, and if it's raining outside, even after begging to go out, once we step out the door and he realizes it's raining he turns right around and goes back inside. He also high steps if the grass is wet, like he's so disgusted his paws are going to get wet.

Hammer loves taking a bath! (thank goodness!) He loves splashing in puddles (grrrr) and the rain.

Now if only i can get him not to be afraid of wind!

Jackson loves water. He will go in any ocean, lake, pond, pool, etc. He just loves it, he's such an outdoors dog in general tho. I would definitely not say he enjoys baths but he doesn't fight me on it, he just stands there and takes it, but it's not something he would choose to do, lol.

I'm officially jealous of all of you whose yorkie loves taking bathes and rain because lexi will just run and hide as soon as she realizes she's getting a bathe or she will go back inside if its cold or raining
