New Baby Girl - Little Miss No Name 2 Attachment(s) This is my New Baby girl!! I have an 11 mth old boy (Tucker) and was intending on getting another one just yet but the opportunity presented itself and I can't say no to a new pup. She is a totally different body type that Tucker, much sturdier. My sisters neighbor had a litter of 2, 1 boy and 1 girl. The vet bought the boy when she took them in for their 1st shots and her daughter in law was supposed to be taking the little girl. She had changed her mind and the owner knew I was a good mom and offered her to me for FREE!!. I was soo excited, thinking of names, wardrobe, carriers, all the fun baby stuff. When I called to say I would like to come and pick her up, I was told she had been given to the daughter in law after all. I was devestated and asked the owner to call if anything changed. Well, that same afternoon the owner called and said that the daughter in law did not want the pup anymore as it had piddled on her floor. So I got her after all!! She has a funny swelling on her inside thigh close to her girl bits so the owner is meeting me at the vets today and we will see what he says. I am praying it is nothing serious. Free puppy or not, if this little girl needs treatment I will gladly pay for it, I have had her for an overnight and she is a perfect fit in my pack and I love her to bits. She still needs a name, any suggestions. I already have a Cailegh, Chance, Tucker, so something that sounds different would be cool. I have some ideas..Molly is the one my 81 yr old Mom likes, also Suger cause she is so sweet. |
aww congrats, she does look very sweet, sugar is nice, how about honey, or precious, but I'm a sucker for making moms happy Molly is a very nice name |

Congrats on your new girl! She's adorable. I'm not much help with names. I think the swelling inside her leg is a hernia and that can be repaired when she is spayed. Look forward to more pictures! |
Well, you sure lucked out, what a great surprise. She looks so adorable. I'm sorry I have trouble with names, but I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions. Enjoy your new baby.:) |

Just got back from the vet. He said he did not think it was anything serious and he could actually put his fingers right around it. Thought maybe fat, but said just keep an eye on it and if it changes come back, if not he will deal with it during her spay next month. My little boy is 11 mths and is 4 lbs. This little girl (should call her Moose), is a staggering 7.5 lbs at 5 mths. The vets assistant said what is shwe crossed with, I said she pure Yorkie, and she said "are you sure". Well I saw Mom and Dad and they were both 7 lbs. I don't care how big she is or if her ears don't stand up, I like them the way they are, they give her character. She my baby and will love her unconditionaly. Thanks for all the suggestions, they are great. I will post whatever we settle on. My sister now has suggested "Button" as in "cute as a Button". |

Well my goodness !what a difference 24 hrs can make. The new little girl who was so timid has totally broken out of her shell. She is a VERY dominant little creature. She is food possesive, toy possesive, me posessive. She snaps and growls at my little Tucker who is only 4 lbs at 11 mths, and very laid back. She is 7.5 lbs at 5 mths. She growls and yips at my Rottie and Husky Pyranees x and jumps back and forth at them if she does not like what they are doing. My X hisses at her but his tail is wagging. He plays very well with little Tucker and hisses at him when he steps out of line. Tucker will roll over submissively or leave, but not this little girl. I have taken her by the muzzle and said "no" firmly when she snaps and growls at Tucker over food and toys. She has lived with her Mom (doggy) and an older Bishon for the five months of her life and was free fed. I can't free feed as my big dogs would eat all the food. Can you tell me the best way to treat this agressive/assertive behavior from this little girl. She needs to learn her place on the totem pole before she pisses off one of the big guys or damages little Tuckers confidence level, which was really high before she came, now he won't plop down in my lap to watch TV like he used to. She and Tucker do play lots, but she usually is on top in a wrestling match, but he keeps going back for more. I think I will hold off on a name as she is just starting to show her real personality, Zena the Warrior Princess might work ...LOL |
lol Looks can be decieving now can't they lol. I love that Zena princess Warior might suit her better, good luck with her, she's adorable no matter what. xo |
