So sorry that your baby has not been found yet, it sounds like it may have been an older couple that picked up the little one so there is a big chance that they may not use a computer to see the ads posted

I pray that she is returned to you soon

Good morning all. No updates yet today. Shana and her sister were going to put out more fliers, flyers (w/e) and visit more shelters.

Thank you for your continued support and prayers/good thoughts.

Too bad you can't go to DMV and get a list of everyone with a white suv in the area. I'm praying she'll come home today.

That is exactly what I was thinking! It might give way too broad of a result tho. :( I would think maybe drive around the neighborhoods near where she was found and totally plaster the area with flyers. Keep an eye out for any white SUV (or vans for that matter). If you see one in a driveway, jot down the address and you can do a reverse phone search. Or heck, knock on the door!

Did the lady who posted the CL message see the direction the SUV went? I would try to comb that area... Just thinking out loud.

This was probably already done -- I see on Watuga Road, only a short distance East from where the CL yorkie was spotted -- There is the Watuga Animal Control. I wonder if maybe they dropped her off there??

Shana...Chloe is in my prayers for a safe return! I"m in constant contact with Kristie for updates. If there is anything I can do please let me know and if you need to call me with help, Kristie can give you my number! If she's not found by the weekend I'll be happy to come and help in the search and knock on doors.

Has Chole been spayed? If so, would it be worthy to mention that on the posters, flyers? Someone that may have kept her wanting to breed might change their mind and return her.

It was so Nice of the lady to post this information. Hoping & Praying that it's Chloe and that she's Safe. Hoping she will be returned very very soon.

They may not be able to do anything at this point, but I would definitely let the Police Dept know.

Yes thats the first place Shana looked since its right down the road from her.


Where Shana lives is a big area that we are trying to cover, if anyone is willing make calls to groomers and vets in the expanded area then please send me a PM.

There is a story about a toy poodle that was picked up after it had snuck out of the car at a gas station. Kinda weird, it was also a white SUV. The dog's owner had a video ran on TV and the couple that took the dog gave her back. This was in the beginning of this month. A TV piece might really help for Chloe.

Did the CL woman know what kind of SUV? A partial plate number? Is there video surveillance in the area? Might at least get a view of the vehicle driving away.

I so hope this is Shana's dog. It is so heart=breaking to experience this. I know first hand from TJ's experience last month--and despite the fact there are many folks out there who think nothing of stealing or walking off with a dog, there are so many folks who are willing to help assist in finding a lost or stolen dog. And then there are the truly awesome folks, who find and return a lost or stolen dog, a family pet.
