Need a quick response! I was doing laundry right now and had some cookies out on the table. They are assorted creme biscuits from Peek freans. There were a couple chocolate ones in there. My daughter was eating them so how many Im not sure, there wasn't very many to begin with. Anyways I came in the living room and Lola was eating one, I took half away, Zach was next to her he may of had some too. How much they had I don't know, should I induce vomiting for both of them right now? They don't seem to be very chocolately cookies. This happen like not even 5 mins ago! |
The ingredients are as follows. Unsweetend chocolate, golden syrup, caramel color, skim milk powder , moncalcium phosphate, artificial flavour color. |
hmmm this has happened to Bailey befor and I let her be and she was fine... she just had diarrhea later on that day that was it?? BUMP BUMP I hope someone else has better info then me !! good luck |
If they didn't contain xyliton, it would just be depedant on the amount of chocolate and what type, etc. They will likely be just fine if it was milk chcolate. Of course no way to say for sure without more details. |

These aren't pure chocolate, they are just like biscuit cookies that are chocolate flavoured. Theres no "real" chocolate in them, they look like they would have coco powder. I just called the vet and she said she doesn't think I should induce vomiting, just to watch out for them. |
I wouldn't worry too much. They just had a good treat.:) |

Thank you for that. I hope they will just be fine, I mean it wasn't REAL chocolate they ate so I am hoping there was hardly any chocolate in what they may of ate. There was only 4 cookies that were chocolate if that and I don't think they could of ate that many so fast because I was just out in the living room two mins before. |

Well, my Bella ate a chocolate lollipop that my son left out for her to get. She ate the whole thing and I called the vet in a panic and he said she'd only have some diarriah. That in order for it to be dangerous she'd have to eat a whole lot of chocolate. Bella was fine withou inducing vomiting or anything. We just let it play out. She had some loose stools for the night but was fine otherwise. Elaine |
