Was this a hint-Is she trying to tell me something? Arabella follows me everywhere, I mean everywhere. I have given up that I will ever pee or shower alone again. Normally when I take a shower she will peek into the shower to see what is going on (this is a shower/tub combo). I leave the door open about three inches so she can see me or she whines. Well, this morning we followed our normal routine so I thought. It may be silly but we play a little game of peek a boo when I wash my hair. Laugh at me silently please;). I finished rinsing my hair and went to say "Peek a Boo" and I got shock of my life. Arabella sitting on the bottom of the tub looking back at me. Is she trying to say she prefers showers? She hates bath time but she was just so dang pleased with herself for being in the shower. She proceeds to walk around and through the water like it is nothing. Mean while I am thinking you little stinker butt, I can't even be alone naked in the shower now. Anyone else have weird furbaby like mine? |
LOL that is so cute. Mine follow me every where except the bathroom. The will sit at the door but won't come in for fear of a bath. |
Oh my that is funny....must have scared you for 1/2 a second...I would have thought it was a big spyder (haha-check the spelling).:D |
It was kinda creepy at first. Just what I need some else to see my naked body, at least she is not judging or she is keeping those thoughts to her self. She knows who holds the treats :D |
You just made my day with that one. The only time when Brandi follows me to the bathroom is if she thinks my cat is in there with me. Other than that, the bathroom is about the only place where she won't follow me. |
:grin2: Thanks for giving me a big ole SMILE this morning....such a CUTE story!! And Yes, Bella is also my "little shadow", follows me "everywhere"! She hates a bath as well:rolleyes: but, Loves & sits like a little princess to be blow dried!!:p I happened to be soaking in the tub once when all of a sudden..........she jumps in!:D I shouldn't have been so Surprised. When she was just a puppy, our family rented a house @the beach. We were all gathered at the pool. Everyone was in the pool & I was walking her on a leash (for her protection.....so I thought). We were having Fun, talking & all of a sudden Bella jumped in the pool! This tiny little puppy in a HUGE pool!:eek: Guess she wanted to be with everyone!! All was Well, but scared Mommie to death!!! ps......& don't Worry, we play hide n seek!!;) |
Thank goodness someone else who plays baby games with their furbaby, now I don't feel like such a crazy person. The funnest part about this, that it took me back to a time when my daughter was three and she peeked in the shower with a question. Why are my ta ta's like peas and yours are like melons? Yes, my three year old people asked me this question. Just thankful that Arabella didn't give me the same puzzled look. How do you explain that one???? |

What a cute story! Mine won't come into the bathroom most of the time. She doesn't want a bath.lol Sometimes she'll come in if she feels safe about not getting wet.:D She usually will stay at the door. |
I think there are quite a few shadows on this board. At our old place, I would do the same for Kaji, and if I didn't leave the shower door open for him to check up on me, he learned to open the door himself!!! What a stinker. |
That's too funny...if it were me, chances are that I wouldn't have had my glasses on or my contacts in yet so I would have been scared to death! (I'm pretty blind :) ) |
lol kids say funny stuff I stopped showering with my niece when she found a " kitty " and reached up to pet it...that was also the time I decided a little umm....landscaping was in order LOL |
