Kwiggy Bo bag question...hmmm I want to purchase The Alex Bag=Black Patent Croc...does anyone have this one.....do you like it? Any negatives to this one specifically? Zhoie weighs 4.5lb. I've never bought a purse type carrier before and not to sure of the pros & cons of it all. Any helpful suggestions, would be just great and what is the best site to buy from. Thanks YT friends!!:D |
I have the reg black alex. The design is the same and I have no complaints. If you find yourself with your baby and need to run a quick errand to somewhere where pups aren't allowed, it gives you peace of mind to bring her in with you and people always think what you have is a purse. (just don't leave the flaps up, I was caught that way once. ) I've only used it for errands, airplane trips (the bag was open for the most part and I always had the flaps up), and a few trips to the movies. |

Hello!!:) I have the Alex Gunmetal and I LOVE it so much!!! I actually have not tried to sneak my dog in anywhere but have used it many times now when I go to the mall that allows dogs, when we are outside Snick walks, and when we are in stores, he's in the bag happy as pie with his lil head sticking out looking at everything. They are superb quality bags and yes, airline approved on most airlines. Snick knows it's his bag so when it comes out of the closet, he gets very exicted knowing we are going out. Too cute! RDB911 is a seller here on YT that carries KB Bags. Incredible seller, best prices, and lightning fast shipping. Smiles- Snick & Viv |

I have two the fancy black chanel looking one with chain on the handles and the london tote. Lula is 3 lbs and I have the fancy one in small and the london in Regular?size she fits better in the regular size as she likes to lay down when in a bag. when in the fancy one, she cant lay down "right" and dosnt fall asleep like in the other so she had once barked in the bag. awkward. .....So, I would not recomed the small as much as you might want it.... but if you do... I was thinking of listing mine on ebay ;) my 2 complaints about their bags. 1. the clip is on the same side that they can poke their head out of (aka if they jump out its just enough room for them to hang themselves on their collar. 2. the plastic on the fancy one is too "sticky" and makes awkward noises sometimes and can just be awkward to carry. ..butthey are good looking bags... all others seem so tacky in comparison. |

You know what, I had never put either bag side by side before, I guess she just feels more comfortable in the London. when she is in the Alex her face is always squished up to the window, I guess I figured she didn't have enough room, but in the London she loves it, jumps right in and just goes to sleep. Huh. Such a finiky little dog |
Funny today is the first day Lula has ever worn a collar. I had to get it for therapy dog training. I agree, harness always esp. for the little ones :) ps sorry for the choppy reponce, replying from my phone ;) |
I have the small Alex in black, and I love it! :) I even use it as just a purse sometimes and you can't even tell that it is a dog carrier. My boy Marshall is about 5 or 6 lbs and fits perfectly! I am still working on getting Marshall used to being in the bag. I have only taken him into places he is allowed, like pet stores and the vet. He doesn't like the bag to be zipped up; he prefers sticking his head out and looking around.. :p I don't think I will ever be able to sneak him in anywhere because he is such a little whiner.. |
Ok, on the computer now and can see more then 2 words at a time :P The two bags are the same size! such a little weirdo. I have pictures of both in my albums. |
I recently purchased the Alex bag and must say it is lovely!:thumbup: Miloh will go in it but prefers it to be zipped down. He enjoys going to different places and sticking his head out to get his usual compliments of "he's so adorable!" :aimeeyork lol It's a really great bag, the padding works as a cushion so they can be comfortable. Miloh slept half of the time we were walking in Long Beach. Not just that, but it looks great by itself, no one would ever know it's a dog carrier unless you told them. :) |

I have the alex luxe in black, small, and I love it! I put Maddie in there with a blanket and can go anywhere and she has a ton of room. Copper is just under 5lbs and he can fit good laying down. I can get away with them just about anywhere in it, no one has ever even questioned it. |
