OOOOHHHH....how about a pomeranian! Love them too! Except they have way too much hair to brush. Before i got Mabel i looked & researched lots of breeds, but was somewhat limited because my son has allergies. If it were up to me i'd have one of each! If i ever win the lottery i am going to build a huge house for dogs with every luxury & need!(rescuedogs) I will also have a experienced staff of proffesionals assiting me in their care. At the end of the day i will go to the dog mansion and lay down and let them all kiss my face and jump all over me! Heaven!!! Well, now i just have to remember to buy a ticket every once in awhile!! LOL!!!!;) |
A Long Haired Chihuaha |
I'd go to a shelter and adopt whatever pet needed me... :) |
I was raised with German Sheperds and I love the breed but I will stick with my yorkie from now on. Yorkies are just that special.:animal-pa: |
Another yorkie...;) |
Only if there were no Yorkies left in the world.... Briard, Papillon, French Bulldog.:D |
Oh gosh, too many! I love sooo many different breeds of dogs. For big dogs, my pick(s) would probably be a Golden Retriever or an Australian Shepherd. Small dogs would be Boston Terrier or Papillon. |
I have a border collie that was my dream dog but she bonded to my mom so shes mine but my moms penny is my dog through and through she just lets everyone else enjoy her presence |
Maybe rescue a Greyhound? I could name it Speedy. I also took one of those tests that say I'm supposed to be with an Afghan. They do look cool riding around in a convertible. :D But, I wouldn't trade Ruger for all of them. |
I really would like either a long hair chi or a long hair mini dachshund. I've wanted both of those for a while now. |
I had Chow Chows for years before my Yorkies and I would love to have one again someday. I have my hands full right now with my skinkids and furkids but someday... |
I would love to have a English Bulldog. My mom raised them when I was a kid. They would do just fine with Yorkies but DH can't stand the slobber and would not let me keep it in the house. So no English Bulldogs for me. |
After a lengthy research that ended in a Yorkie that met our life style, and then years of Yorkie fostering, we finally adopted our perfect dog, then two, and now three. :D We will always be a Yorkie home now!! :D |
If I were ever going to have a large breed dog again, I could only see adopting from a shelter because they are full of large breed dogs! I love just about any breed! It's hard to imagine anything but Yorkies at this point though! I had an American Eskimo for 16 1/2 yrs (Snuffy) and he was a great dog, I still miss him! |
For a big breed it would definitly be an Afghan, so elegant. Medium a mimi-poodle as I owned one before I found my yorkies. Did consider getting either a Pom or chiese crested for my next baby or maybe a long coat Chi' but just couldn't drag myself away from my favourite breed. |
