If you're neutering soon, you ought to ask the vet to extract any remaining baby teeth. Yorkies have a hard time losing all the baby teeth on their own, and if a vet does it later they will have to put the dog under anesthesia again, so it's best to get this done at the same time as neutering. Best of luck, Joey was feeling good a couple days after surgery.
