Yorkie Lovers experience life differently! Diji is going on 4 months old and we havent got the potty training thing quite down yet... So whenever Diji pees outside it is a celebration. I even text my boyfriend to let him know and we both get extraordinarily happy about the fact that our little one peed outdoors. I don't think a non-Yorkie Lover would understand this at all. What do your furbabies do or have done that make you so happy and proud that the lay person thinks you are crazy? :) :yorkietal:yorkietal |
I can relate to this COMPLETELY lolz everytime my Chloe goes on her pee pad i make a super duper big fuss about it.. that moment even has its own song along with a treat YAY!! :happyboun heheee |
Everything I talk about when it comes to Cerise makes my non dog loving friends think I'm crazy. I think they are just jealous...LOL! :D |
I dont think anybody whos never lived with a yorkie will ever understand the joys and the low points of these special little hairy people. |
I agree with the Cerise reply!!!!! I am always singing praises about Mr. Darcy - and I see the look I get sometimes that they think I am totally nuts - but who cares!!!!! He IS the smartest, most handsome little man I know (asides from my grandson, I guess!!:cool:) |
I know my 21 year old son is sick of hearing me say, "Woo Hoo, way to go Twinkie...good potty"! After we take our dogs for a walk, Twinkie will walk up 3 stairs and turn around so I can carry her the rest of the way. I am always on YT and looking for cute things to buy for her. I am constantly taking her picture. My hubby thinks I have taken more pictures of her than my 2 boys when they were little! :eek: (he was kidding of course) |
Everyone in my family thinks I am nuts the way I talk about Roxie...like she's my child! I was thrilled to death when she learned to sit and stay on command. I could talk about her for hours! |

LOL -- I never thought I'd fall head over heels for this little dog who now has stolen my heart! I probably have thousands of photos of him on my computer (he's WAY over photographed) but I wanna be able to remember everything! People may think I'm crazy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I would much prefer to spend my weekend at the dog park than going out and gettin' drunk, just saying. ;) |
LOL - My husband thinks I am nuts....Especially when he heard me sing my little 'good morning song' to Max this morning! No one else understands other then you guys! :p |
I'm so glad that I found YorkieTalk! You guys make me feel normal! haha. I would love to know how all these doggie dedication songs go! hehe. My boyfriend keeps saying that he just doesn't getting as much attention as he did before Diji came along. He also keeps saying he never thought he'd have to compete with a Yorkie for my affection. LOL. |
i graduated from high school a year early and lost contact with all my friends and teachers well about a year and a half later i started getting in touch with everyone again when i did i told all my "baby" Gatsby who was (at the time)6 months old (just enough time for me to have had a baby if i was pregnant when i disappeared) and being that i was always the very studious one in school. people wear shocked then as happy as could be i would show them pics most time the answer was "oh its just a dog" more then once i got upset and walked away or hug up the phone then i realized it was relief not dismissal i was hearing. |
im always texting my boyfriend when Hammer pees or poops outside! We make such a huge celebration out of it! So exciting! |
