What does this mean??

I was sitting here on the computer when I noticed Lola pushing her blanket area...it looked like she was trying to bury something...I didn't think anything of it...so I went over to take a look and underneath the blanket was PEE

She has never done anything like this before...what does it mean??
I'm going out of town for a few days and started to pack my things...is she telling me something...You're not going to leave me..I will show you LOL :)

yorkieusa 04-02-2010 06:48 PM

I don't know what it means. Maybe she had a bad dream!:D

BanditSocks2 04-02-2010 06:48 PM

Maybe she was trying to hide it because she knew that wasn't where she was supposed to go? If you were on your computer and not packing it may have been a genuine accident. Whenever I get ready to go out of town Bandit gets IN my suitcase!!

HollyandMommy 04-02-2010 06:54 PM

I think it was just an accident.

Zeus08 04-02-2010 06:55 PM

I am inclined to believe she was trying to hide it too. Has she shown any signs of illness?

She very well could be upset you are leaving. Mine do crazy stuff too. Little boogers! lol They are smart!

yorkieusa 04-02-2010 07:02 PM

With you going out of town, I hope this isn't a start of a uti.

I'm not sure what this means, but if you need a diaper, dont forget to enter YTSAVE20 :D
All kidding aside, she wants to go. Barney gets right inside my suitcase when I'm packing. LOL They are such cute our little babies!

Kaji scared me like that once. When we were in the process of moving back home with my parents, he innocently woke up, gave me a sleepy look, wagged his little tail and just made me smile (we were both sleeping on the floor and I was training him to use piddle pads). I reached over to pick him up and his entire belly was wet and there was a big yellow stain on my white sheets. He peed himself when he was asleep. It was the strangest thing! No wonder he didn't come running to me, he didn't want me to find it. They know when hiding things is appropriate, the little smarties.

joeyandtanksmom 04-02-2010 08:07 PM

It could mean a whole bunch of things..she could be mad at you or she could have just had an accident. It definitely sounds like either way, she was trying to hide it :) If it was just an accident, how potty trained is she? if not 100%, I wouldn't worry about it. if she NEVER pees in the house, I would watch her carefully to be sure she's not having to pee all the time, if so, it could mean a kidney issue. Not trying to scare you, it was probably nothing, that's just something that I would have in the back of my mind. It could also be that she tried telling you she needed to go out, and you just didn't catch it or ignored her cause you were busy (I have done it, as I think we all have...) or something. Little stinker though, trying to cover it up!

Awww, Lola probably had an accident and didn't want her daddy to find it! :p..hopefully that will be the only one ;)

Mom to Hot Rod 04-03-2010 06:30 AM

I think that is is probably because you are leaving. I know that Hot Rod knows when it is Monday...he just clings to me Monday mornings. they are smart little boogers and very sensitive to things changing in their little worlds. :)

Maximo 04-03-2010 06:46 AM

Aww, little Lola. I agree with others that she was probably covering up an accident that was probably caused by her anxiety about her daddy leaving for a trip.

We had the opposite situation in our house yesterday -- Teddy came running to me dragging his piddle pad with him to proudly show me that he had peed on it, lol.

These little ones are so sensitive and smart.
