I'm saying some prayers they get their dog back. Have they had any calls? |
This is my concern with talking about how rare she is. Animals are property and if this dog is worth $$$$$ (which I know she is) these people now could go to prison...so do you really think they are now going to come forward with the dog? |
praying for TJ"s safe return...why do people do these cruel things? It breaks my heart. I hope they find the girl who took her. They said the pup had a collar and I.D |

What I am saying is your posting about the dog is from a champion and rare only raises the stake...if these people were caught with a $3500 dollar dog they can go to prison...if the dog was only valued at $100 they might get a slap on the hand. This is about the laws. I am not being negative...I am trying to make you understand you didn't need to add that part and frankly how many dogs go missing or get stolen and get put on tv...so that is one more signal that this dog is very special. When people do bad things and then get cornered, sometimes they don't see their way out and bad things happen. |
I suppose that because this family has had a very successful business in town for over 30 years have a little more clout than I do. I didn't go on television. I suppose if they had a mixed breed dog, their feelings wouldn't be the same--nonsense. They are trying their best to get their puppy returned. Sorry if how they are going about it annoys anyone. Yes TJ is a special dog. He is a special dog to his family. His family is well known in S. California. The information about his breed might help someone maybe identify the dog. There are folks who have not heard or seen this breed. So either way, maybe some one will see TJ and maybe some one will collect a reward, because they will recognize him and know he is loved and missed by his family. |
I didn't think about the prison thing - you are right....and I know they just want their puppy back - so I am wishing this comes true. |
1 Attachment(s) I would definitely put flyers with this picture that say, "TJ was last seen with this person". That's a fact, and no one can sue you for those words. I would also include a separate picture of the dog. |
I don't know, it looks as the girl knows about the camera. It seems as though she is looking up right at it??? She might be someone who has a lot of dealings in the vicinity, so maybe some of the other shop owners might recognize her. She must have been in the jewelry store and known about TJ. (??) just a thought. |

I'm just LIVID looking at that picture! If it were me I would plaster her face on every inch of that community until she was found. She has the dog in her arm walking away with him. Do they have any idea how old she is? She looks pretty young possibly late teens? I hope they find this little guy and she is charged with this crime! |
This stuff just reminds me of that old bumper sticker "Mean People Suck". So true! :( I hope they find TJ and shame on the people who took him. |
Haven't heard anything new.... Supposedly the Police had a "person of interest" --maybe a possible I.D.--but nothing since...... Still hopeing for a happy ending here. |

Still waiting for the puppy to be returned.... |
What if he really was wandering outside? I think the girl looks really young. Young people can do stupid stuff! I dont think she knows what he is. To her he is a cute fuzzy puppy! Maybe she (or her family) has seen the news or a flyer and is afraid to bring him back? Who knows? I just hope they get him back. |
Still hoping for a happy ending.....:) |

Bchgirl and Nancy 1999, ya'll are right! I could just jump straight through this computer and give you both a high 5! I love your "take the party white gloves off" and fight fire with fire. A crime has been committed and criminals that play, must pay. I think she IS looking at that camera. I'm glad she did. But it sure doesn't look like her first rodeo. It looks sneaky. It's time for assertive action like pro-active Gen did. Gen reminds me of a Mother Bear when it comes to her cubs. Maybe not everybody has that much passion, energy, or get-up and go. I have a little 8 month old Biewer and if that happeded to me.........Bchgirl and Nancy1999 would be my go-to people. Print the dang flyers LADY! |
I have good news!!!!!!!! TJ was found in a park this morning by a young boy about 40 minutes from Redlands. TJ was still wearing his collar with the owner’s phone number. His mom drove over and picked him up. TJ was a little skittish, confused, hungry, and needing a bath but happy to be back with his mom. I have a feeling he is going to be on a shorter leash (no pun intended). So maybe the thief got scared and let him go. I’m really happy there is a happy ending. And the police are still working on the original theft…. |
OMGoodness, that's such good news! I'm getting goose bumps...they probably dumped him there. |

Yes, I believe your right, and thank goodness someone honest found him, although I'd probably want to question the heck out of the person who found him. This could have been one of those cases where TJ was just too cute for his own good, and the temptation was too great. What's that called "entrapment" when you just can't resist the urge? |
That is terrific news!!! I am so happy for little TJ and his family! Thank you for letting us know. :D |
Great news!!! |
I'm so happy for TJ and his family.:D:D:D |
The good news he is back with his family. And the police will continue their investigation; my understanding is that they will be talking to the boy and his mom to see what additional information they may have. |
That is great news! |
