I have tried everything ,well i guess everything, i am trying to let maxwell's hair grow .what do you do to keep the hair around their faces from looking ,WILD , his always looks like he needs a bath .even a day after a bath .help please. thanks. here take a look . I think he thinks it's funny

I always say this time I'm going to let their hair grow....but I always cut it because I can't stand it in their eyes.

Top knot gel! (PM mimimomo, she sells it) and patience! How long are you trying to get it to? In the meantime you can use mini clips to hold the hair back out of his eyes.

I agree. I love Twinkies hair short. Such decisions we have to make for our little ones...:confused:

Maxwell is adorable!

Are you going to do topknots, or do you want to leave his hair down? Which shampoo and conditioner do you use?

My younger boy's face always looks great, but my older one, Maximo, the one with the sticky beard in my avatar, he is a lot of work. I could wash and comb his head at least twice a day. :p

Im wanting to do topknots,but it's the hair around his mouth im having the problem with it kinda wants to poke out .thanks

The top knot gel works great for the hair around the mouth! It will keep it down.

The hair around the mouth will start hanging straighter as it grows longer.

Maximo looked like "Animal" from the Muppets when his hair was growing, lol. I found that using a heavy conditioner helped. We love BioGroom Silk Creme Rinse conditioner, and the BioGroom Oatmeal shampoo.

He's adorable. I'm having the same issue with her hair. She looks a little like Albert Einstein, gotta love her though.

That's exactly what i used on Katie on Friday! She is in BAD need of a bath. About 3 weeks with no bath bc of her surgery. Her hair was so fluffy, thick and curly. After using the Creme rinse conditioner (and leaving on for 5 mins as is says) her hair is now soft and straight! She is a cotton coat too, but now so soft!!!

I also like that it is available at PetSmart -- it's cheaper online, but I can run out and pick some up immediately if necessary.
