Does anyone know I wanting to know. if their is anyone out their that knows what can i do .I bought a 5mt.old yorkie yesterday for my mother.she has always wanted one .now she likes me better than my sister,,lol. anyway he is AKC reg.the lady that i got him from had got him from another lady .both said they could'nt house break him was the reason, they did'nt want him, he is only 5mts.so i say it can be done. she had all vet records .everything checked out good. OK THE AKC REG. PAPER THAT THE BREEDER FILLED OUT WHEN HE WAS 12WKS. IS ALL FILLED OUT TO THE FIRST OWNER .AND I CALLED HER THAT PHONE NUMBER IS NO LONGER WORKING .AND THE LADY I GOT HIM FROM DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER . I HAVE THE AKC PAPER .SIGNED AND EVERYTHING .IS THEIR ANYWAY I CAN GET PUT IN MY MOTHERS NAME . I HOPE I DON'T SOUND LIKE A DUMMY .THANK YALL. |
Are you having trouble getting in touch with the breeder or the first owner? If the first owner never registered him and you can get in touch with the breeder, see if she'll redo the paperwork for you. |

I would call the breeder. Let her know the situation and see if she can help. Besides she would probably like to know whats happening with this poor puppy. Good grief he's 5 months old and on his third home, no wonder he isn't house broken. Please give him a chance, he'll get if you confine him and take the time. These are very smart dogs, but they need smart owners too. |
You may contact the AKC at 1-800-252-5545. They are very helpful with registration problems. It took me months to get the registration papers signed for our first yorkie and the AKC prompted her to do so. I hope they can direct you, tell you if the puppy has been registered with them or not and answer your questions. |

couldnt you go online, to AKC, maybe she never even registered him.....then put all your info. in..I never sent in papers I did it on line, it asks all the questions and you have the paperwork, with all the info. I would try that...GOOD LUCK! |
