You are more likely to find things in the fall and winter at both stores; they seem to be cutting down their inventory, and this past year the quality of the items sold had gone down as well.

Wow thats an interesting place to be putting dog clothes lol, im just as confused on that one. Thanks for the replies and suggestions everyone, it looks like my best bet is to get a paypal account set up and start ordering what i want!

Was the Wal-Mart you went to a SuperCenter? I think only the SuperCenter's are the one's to carry the cute clothes. But they probably do have them on-line if your stores don't have them.

Yes both walmarts in our town are supercenters. That one has just been there longer than the other one they built not long ago. I'm going to check there tomorrow, hope to find something!

It's just the opposite of what you think. I live in the "good" part of town here in Memphis. Store like that do get things in, some cute things too, but it is just that there are so many dog owners in this area that do things like that that they go like hotcakes. No sooner than they put them out, they are GONE. They can't keep up with the demand.

I think, too, that Wal-Mart isn't restocking like they used to do, because they aren't selling as much - the economy. So, maybe that is something that will pick up over time.

Didn't know the thread was still active but I got Mindy some clothes at our 2nd walmart here in town and they have a wide variety for both male and female dogs, all clothes are so cute!! Can't wait to go back and get her some more, I posted pics of her in the pictures section wearing her new outfit as well :D.

You could also check the online wal-mart store. Our wal-mart has pet clothes, but they get new ones I swear maybe once a year so there isn't anything cute or new and especially for boys. I went browsing through their online pet section and they had some cute stuff that you could probably have delivered to the store so you wouldn't have to pay shipping.

I get my clothes for my little guy at Petco or even a Home goods store (its not all home stuff)...Keep looking you will eventually run into them!!

I never find anything good at Target but Walmart has some good thing but you have to go often. I just found this cute summer dress the other day. I also found a pink and white polkadot bikini but even the XXSmall was too big for my skinny girl. The top fit but the bottoms fell off....so I guess she will have to skinny dip this summer!

oh my goodness...ROSS has THE cutest dog clothes and they are cheap! i don't have a yorkie (yet) because in my search for one a little mixed breed pup at the pound stole my heart!

anyhow - my puppy is small and i bought her the most adorable little flannel shirt/dress for $3.99! they have LOTS of dog items (kongs, retractable leashes, etc.) for less than half the price of wal mart and other places - and they are good quality!
