It's not even the skinny part that hurts me, its the doesn't eat enough part that does because I feed the best food I can buy my babies and will spend my last 50 bucks to get them a bag if I had too! They get as much as they can eat plus treats that are HEALTHY! AND we play all day long and go for walks so that is very rude to imply that I don't take care of my dogs!

My yorkie is the SAME way. She eats...but not a lot. We feed her, but can't push food down her throat. She's skinny, but healthy...hehe she has long hair so she can look bigger than she really is :D


OH and I'd like to add, I REALLY ADORE the 2nd picture of ALL of them! They are SOOO CUTE!! I just want to pick them all up and hug them. How the heck do you get them to be such photo takers?????? It's so difficult for me...=____=

excuse me, I wasn't trying to be rude, if I had known the dog's name, I would have used the name instead of "it". Being a yorkie lover, if I see a yorkie that looks unusually skinny I will inquire as to why? We all know some people starve these little ones on purpose trying to keep them "small"

Still being very rude!!! There are also other ways to refer to a dog even if you don't know the sex or the name. I think her baby is just gorgeous. I have 2 smaller ones and they are just the runts that's all. She was showing us pictures of her little happy day and you rained on it. Not nice !!!:mad:

Again I am sure I am a much bigger yorkie lover then you could imagine!! I rescued this little girl who has been in 4 different homes in 10 months of her short life! She is healthy, happy and very active. Vet never had a problem with her size. I let her eat as much as she would like. She eats GOOD food Acana, half cup to a full cup daily AND lots of good treats, veggies, eggs, raw meat and bones! I don't feed my dogs NO JUNK! I am a stay at home mom at the moment and I DON"T STARVE MY DOGS!!

Do you think I would be on YT almost every day with so many posts just to starve her so shes SMALL?! Are you on drugs!! You are implying something VERY RUDE. You could asked nicely by asking Excuse me but that dog looks rather thin is she okay or something like that. You didn't have to know the name to ask politely! I've been on here for so long that I take care of my yorkies the best way I can from the great advice I've had!! In the pic she looks so thin probably because it is just her butt view! Look at the other pictures the first two. does she look STARVED AND UNHEALTHY TO YOU?! No shes fine, happy as can be! If you saw the way this dog is all day long you wouldn't wonder why she is so skinny. She was a poorly bred baby who has a thin appearance. Your lucky you didn't inquire about my baby in person because I would of gave you a mouth full!:mad:

Oh and just so you know, my TWO babiesi are a healthy 5 lbs! ON THEIR OWN! My moms Annabelle is overweight so maybe an overweight dog next to a thin dog looks like it's starved ;)

I use cheese to get them to sit nicely for a picture :p:p They all love it and will do anything for a piece! hehe

NO she is not trying to stir anything up. This lady has known me since I've been on here and knows what I have went through as a yorkie owner and can empathize with me on how much hurt and pain I have went through with my first baby. And for you to say rude things about my Lola who was there to help me heal IS VERY TOUCHY for good hearted people who would never dare to say such a thing to somebody about their dog!

Now if everybody will excuse me for a couple hours but as a yorkie mom I have to take my babies OUTSIDE and feed them because well hey I take care of my babies ;););) See ya all later!!

I am not being defensive it is just rude of you to make a comment like that to somebody. Personally I would never approach another dog owner in a store or any place public and say to them " looks like it doesn't eat enough? " That is very rude in my opinion! I am sure other people would agree with me that someone else would probably give you a smack in the head for a rude remark that was just not needed! You could of simply asked why she was skinny. You need to learn some manners that is all I am implying here! THE END!
