Dog stuff/Covered bridge festival If there is anyone here that goes to the covered bridge festival in Mansfield IN, they have a ton of dog stuff there. Load of clothes, carriers, collars and harnesses and even strollers. Prices are really reasonable too. Graff now has a tee shirt that says bad to the bone and Haylee has a pink Diva tee shirt and a brand new pair of jammies. My husband thought that Graff would not tolerate the shirt but he actually loves it. Haylee is liking hers better now. So guess that means that they need more clothes. I would have loved to have had one of the strollers, $100 for the double one. But ran out of money before I saw them. Dang. |
Sounds like you had a great time. Too bad I'm so far away, I love to shop!!! :) |
This sounds like a great event to be part of. I just wish it wasn't so far away. I love places that carry pet items, it's so fun to look (and buy) all their stuff. |
It was really nice. I went with my Mom who has pugs and my youngest son. The first time I have been able to go in two years. It was wonderful!!!! I got some nice things for me and goodies for the babies. I am definitly going to be buying more clothes for them. Would love to have one of the strollers and Graff can't walk far due to his bad leg ( after he walks for awhile he can't hold it up anymore and will start dragging it. |

I love the Covered Bridge Festival. My father in law runs a booth out there that sells the Goose clothes. I didnt know they had a booth with dog stuff. My father in law made some patterns from a dog vest and dress I had and was going to make some dog clothes. I dont know if he did it or not though. I am gonna have to check that out thanks. |
Graff is my little abused rescue yorkie who hates most people so the shirt fits him perfect. I don't blame him though for not liking people. He was hurt pretty bad. Loves kids and doesnt mind women but men he hates with a passion. |

Wow sounds like a lot of fun. Id love to go. |
i love it!!! we were there yesterday and i just love the covered bridge festival . ran into several yorkies and petted most all of them and then when i got home i wondered if any of them were on here i just forgot to ask i was so excited to see the kids. i did not take mine with me, i took a couple of them to the bluesberry festival and some other festivals but i knew it would be a long day for them so i let them stay home for this one. they do have a few booths with dog stuff, i bought mine a couple of toys well 2 of them are in the trash already because the first thing they do is ripe out the squeaker in it. it was a beautiful day for the festival after the morning chill was done and if i did talk to you it was nice to meet you. i had on a yorkie sweatshirt and my husband was the one with the long hair in case you remember us.we have 4 kids. anyways if you can go to this you will love it we go every year . lynne |
I think most of the stuff was across the bridge. I don't know what brand the strollers were. Just that one of them was a double. I too saw alot of yorkies and stopped to pet most of them. I did see the goose place but did not look there as I don't have a goose to dress. Darn I should have went in there. It was a beautiful day after the sun came up. My Mom had never been before and she loved it. |
We are going there today. I only live 30 min. away and love going every year. Hate the crowds though. Heather |
