Yes, Plastic surgery for dogs!!! Thought my friend was playing a joke on me!!! You can actually have artificial testicles put in your neutered male during his neutering!!! OMG!! It is for his "self esteem". She said her husband heard about it on the radio and then she googled "Neutricals", It is true!!! I know we spend alot of money on our babies, but come on!!! Instead of a boob job we are going to give our little boys a "ball job"? Sorry for sounding so crude, but has anyone ever heard of such a thing??? |
I have heard of this before, and to each his own.. but totally unneccesary! I guess if there is nothing else to spend your money on..... |
can I say this???? It's been a sick joke at my house...... We'd combine those with a Lo Jack and have Lo Jacticals.................. LOL use them to find lost little boys........... |
Neutering obviously bothers some men and I think the Neutricals, are for the man's self esteem not the dogs. Real dogs don't need testicles to know they have "balls." :D |
I'd rather Bailey not have his testicles, I just don't like the look of them, lol. I'm not surprised though, there is a surgery for everything nowadays!! |
Oh Cheri that is so riduculous. :lol tearsAll I have to say is WHY????? |

I remember long ago someone had a very large standard UN neutered poodle that when you met him - you didn't forget him if you know what I mean - I feel funny saying this but it was a bit mesmerizing - they were pretty ummmmmm.....'in your face' when he pranced around ... kind of like watching a tennis game only the dog had the balls .... oh Admin - I'm talking TENNIS here ok ? :D |

his people must be so proud  |
They were originally developed for human males who had lost one or two to testicular cancer or accidents. It helped to maintain the self image of being "whole", of remaining "normal". Somewhere along the line, someone anthropomorphasized a bit too much and figured that animals needed the same "self image". They don't. But some men (note: I said SOME !!!) can be terribly insecure about such things, extending even to their pets. And for the show ring, I can entertain the idea that some (unscrupulous) owners would want to do such a thing to earn the awards, even if the stud part didn't exactly pan out. My hubby balked at removing "the boys" from our boys. He physically winced at the idea. But he was able to read the literature and agreed, as long as I was happy to just have HIM "snipped" :D. Afterwards, the only thing I was concerned with was how long it would take for the "residual" (scrotum) to reabsorb (not long). |
