Ok so she ate a little more this morning, a bit of breakfast haha! Her dry:) kibble pieces are really small (i guess because they're puppy ones) but i discovered she eats better and more happily when I put some in her bed or on the floor! I think she's afraid of her food bowl...she's fine with her water bowl though... She's doing good though...i'm so happy! She is already potty trained can you believe it? Rarely has an 'accident'!!! and she's so cute! I'm in love! Now I only have to introduce her to our chihuahua who is 14 y.o. and not very social...they're in different areas of the house so they don't see each other right now...when they briefly met my chihuahua sniffed her and wagged her tail, then huffed and walked off to her bed! We'll see how that goes.... |

Redirect chewing to something she can chew. One chewing trick is to catch her chewing something that she isn't suppose to chew and redirect her to something that is allowed. Another words if she is chewing your fingers make a loud squeek and say NO, then give her a chew toy to replace whatever she was chewing. Then when she chews the toy...reinforce that with praise. |
