My Skeeter is 10lbs. But he is just plain fat! He looks like he swallowed a football sideways! |
Mabel is Huge 2 thanks for everyone's comments! Yes Miss Mabel seems to be pretty healthy. And for that i am thrilled! I really don't mind her being a little more stout...I would love her if she weighed 20lbs! My mom had a yorkie who weighed about 17 lbs and he lived 16 years! I do hope she dosen't get much bigger than 10 lbs because I have reumatoid arthritis in my hands and have trouble picking up things!! I guess I'll have to get a yorkie lifter!LOL!!!:wink: |
I had Zoey weighed on Monday and the told me she was 10lbs but she looks so tiny you would think shes about 6 or 7 pounds! I like her at this weight because she looks healthy! and she is a good weight for my house because I have a Lab/chow mix and a mini Schnauzer. |
Rily started out small and got bigger...9.5 pounds. Saydee grew fast at first then stoped around 4 months at 6 pounds. Rily is still small, IMO....but, big or small, I love them all. :D |
large yorkie pup 2 Attachment(s) I didn't realize there were others so big. We bred a litter for a larger particarrier female and also got what I thought was the largest yorkie pup ever. We've been calling him Rocky. At 12 weeks, he weighs 6lbs!!! He is his mother's weight. |

Rocky is adorable! Reminds me of Rocco, he was 6 lbs at 12 weeks also. Now at 5 months i believe he is between 8-9 pounds  |

I love my fat baby ,would'nt want him any other way .We are like 2 peas in a pod |
I think the larger yorkies are just as beautiful, as long as the dog isnt fat and is just a bigger guy/gal then I say size doesnt matter! :D |
differences He had two small brothers, both projected to be under 5lbs, and he has a sister projected to be about 7lbs. I am guessing he'll be about 12 lbs. We are still in shock, but I think he's just adorable. Whoever gets him is going to get a real sweetie. |
