uhh, if you pics are saved that small it aint gonna work because i already enlarged them, and they were grainy
I need the original sized, shrunk. (when you put them in your computer they are a lot bigger, you know what i mean? so i need that size shrunk, not this size enlarged)
But if you do have them saved larger it is pretty easy. (Because people just save a copy of them smaller to upload)

1. download a program called Irfanview (google it to find a site)
2. once you install it open your picture.
3. then go to the View Menu then select resize/resample
4. Then select the 640x480 pixels option
5. Then "Save As". (say it is named gizmo, save it as like "gizmo1" just so it doesn't save over your original file)
6. Then upload "gizmo1"

I want one I want one! When I read your post I sounded like a toddler. I would love one of Sophie if you don't mind. Those look awesome I can't wait. BTW your baby is beautiful.

What a great Idea....but my husband isn't home to help me get the pictures in...are you going to be bored....ummmm...lets say...Sunday night?? I have pictures in MY Yorkie....but their of my puppies and they were taken two weeks ago....they have changed so much that I want to put updated ones in....

That is so cute! And that little couch is adorable! I agree with Megan, Simon and Hallie would think it is for me so they no longer have to share the big one ;)
