Im not sure wether to get her.
My question is would you?
3 hrs is a long drive. Perhaps if it is possible for you to set up an appt. at the vets in their town to have her looked at or ask if they can get a health record from the vet that she is good.

I only say this because when I bought Lola she was a rehome. The lady said she had only had her one week when she decided it was too much work. She had bought her from a previous lady who said she was rehoming her because she had a large dog. Well I found that lady after I bought Lola and she was selling another small breed puppy!!! I figured out that lady buys puppies and sells them :( Lola had a vet record but I couldn't be more happier to have her home here forever instead of being passed around. Follow your heart.

Dont feel bad im a Gemini too...and I know we are act now think later type people.....I would maybe go and see her and also schedule a vet visit nearby where you are going and see what they say.... :animal-pa

I've been searching for a yorkie for a while myself and just recently found what felt like the "right one." I agree with those who say to follow your instincts on the matter because majority of the time they are right! However, I understand why you are reluctant. I was always told "if something seems shady it probably is," and I myself probably wouldn't do it. There are just too many puppymills, scams and dishonest people out there ready to take your money and run! I ran across plenty of them in my search for a yorkie.

I agree , where are all the honest people lol Seriously Ive been scammed before and don't know who to trust.Its a shame as I felt I would like to rescue this time as apposed to getting a new pup and the age and size looked great for us.The nearest shelter to me is 5hrs away and their website I visit often has 9 years and above rescues.im aware this age bracket may suit some but last year I lost my border collie of 14 years of age and I can't face to lose another to old age yet.

Aw ya I can't blame you there, everytime a pet dies it devastates me, even when it isn't mine!! I really hope you can find the right dog for you, good luck! :)
