Saying hello with a story! :) Hi everyone! Thankyou for having me at this wonderful forum. I must admit firstly that although i do not have a Yorkie (yet), i do have 4 other rescue dogs which i am so passionate about. Hope this is ok! Would love to have a little Yorkie....maybe you will inspire me to get one! Anyone got dogs with behavioural problems? This is where my story comes in. I have a collie cross with an aggressive nature meaning he has to be in a muzzle alot of the time. :( I have recently met a guy however, who claims that within a few sessions of working with my doggy, he can cure this behaviour. He does this using a very calm method although i am still waiting to find out what this is! :D Just wanted to write on this forum (and others i can find), just so that anyone else with these problems can get some help! I will update you about what this guy does and how the progress goes. He also has a website which i will send the link out when i get it. Doggy love, MotherTrust. |
Welcome to YT!!! Of course we will talk you into a Yorkie! We have a wonderful training section and a great section called Yorkie brother and sisters too. I'm sorry to hear about your collie mix and hope the trainer helps. |
Wow!! Looking forward to your updates :D Welcome to YT! |
Welcome to the YT family. I think you will really love this forum, like the rest of us do, and I think you will find it informative. A lot of issues discussed here could apply to any breed. Of course, we will all be waiting for you to tell us you are getting a Yorkie. I have had many different breeds and a few mixes but my Yorkies have been the most rewarding of any. They are precious. Glad you joined. |
:wavey:Welcome! |
Welcome :)! There is a great training section here, it can be very helpful. So glad to have you here, I've always wanted to visit Surrey (well, all of England, actually :)). |
Welcome to YT. My sister has a pom with aggressive problems, so I am interested in your follow-up. She has babied her little one so much that now it has the little dog syndrome and thinks it is the boss and will not let anyone come into her house to visit. He will bite. |
Thanks for the replys! I will make sure i keep everyone updated throughout the forum. I realise alot of you are from across the lake BUT do not fret! If i see progress from this man and my dog does indeed change his behavioural ways then the person has told me that this technique can be learnt by everyone to use on their own pets! He has a website that will show you how to do it for a small fee. I will let you know what it is after i have seen results. I don't wish to advertise anything with false predictions. :D Thanks again, MotherTrust. |
