What are you getting your babies for Xmas this year?
 
Christmas is sneaking up on us all, and if you're like me you like to give your furkids gifts too...my kids are all getting new cuddle beds this year. what are you all planning to do for your yorkies for xmas? last year my babies got chew bones, toys, and 3 coats that they all share cause no way could i walk all my babies at once! so they dont know they're sharing...lol

Well, mommy and daddy are going to be broke this xmas, because Bender's b-day present is his new yorkie buddy Tara (shhh, don't say anything, his birthday isn't until Dec. 15th :p ). However, I suspect at the very least Bender and Tara will find stockings with their names on them come xmas morn, and little Tara will probably have a cushy new bed under the tree!

awww, that sounds great! i too will be a broke mommy this xmas due to my human child, so i know exactly what you mean! our yorkies love little things and thats what means the most!

I HOPE to get new little beds ...Our Cocker gets in all of them and crushes the padding...so the girls could really use new comfy beds. The little Fabric House they got last year is only used for Wrestling in...I love watching it move all by itself on the floor....they NEVER sleep in it :) Missys Mom (Jenette) posted a video that was HILARIOUS of her Max in his house going NUTS after a bath - that's what My girls do in their Condo :)

clothes, treats, toys ..... the usual. Acutally I really want to get one of those water fountain water bowl/water purifier things. I dont know what they are called but the water runs in it like a faucet and . My boxer hates water from a water bowl thats just been sitting there so she would really like it. Chloe loves Ozarka water. She is crazy about it so I figured she would also really enjoy the fresh flowing water :p

Toys & treats, whatever I find cute! Only they can't go under the tree untill Christmas morning, They always find their stuff and open it!!! :D

I ordered one of Stewiesmom's necklaces for my daughters Yorkie, Bailey.
I bought Katie a Yorkie blanket with her name on it. Petsmart has some pink fur beds..maybe my new baby, Lily will get one of those.

mine too! they found some of theirs last yr and tore the paper up...and thanks villette, yes valerie did a great job! would like to get her to do my whole website. she rocks.

awww, i saw those necklaces pat...with the letters...so adorable...mine would not keep them on, well i take that back, they would, it's the others that would not let each other keep one on...

well its gonna be austin first christmas we usally go all out and do the billions toys lol :eek:
i hate christmas theres nothing i want same for my mom and brother so i told her why dont we take the money we would spend on each other usally 200-300 each and spend it on the dogs lol she looked at me like i was crazy lol

that's a great idea! and also i like to send some to rescues during holidays....i'm maybe about to foster 2 sweet yorkie girls for ytnr that were involved in the sanford, nc puppy mill bust. i'm looking forward to helping these sweeties (age 5-6 yrs each) any way i can, and you can be sure if they are here with me at xmas, they will get plenty of treats. BTW i am hoping to foster these two girls on a temporary basis. their care could be long and drawn out due to pending court preceedings. (the owners are going to be fried and i cant wait) i plan to keep them until i find a home where they will receive more one on one attention. and they need to be placed together...(i have 10 yorkies now....) and although i do, my home is ALWAYS open to yorkies in need. would just be nice to find a loving safe haven for these girls who went through way too much and deserve better. if any of you would like more info, email me at rs321@yadtel.net for more info on them...thanks! maybe i should start a new thread on these sweeties....
