Are there certain commercials that drive your dogs nuts? When ever the commericial comes on for the m&m's that are running on the counter at the check out, my dogs come running to bark and watch. and if the commericial comes on for any dog food the place sounds like a kennel with all of them jumping up at the TV and barking.

My yorkies are unaffected by whats on tv however there used to be a comercial where a doorbell rang and they would bark at that

There's one about a cat emery board for keeping their nails down. There's a couple times in the commercial where a cat owner tries to trim the cat's nails with clippers and you hear this loud "!!!mmrrreowwwww!!!". It drives my furbutts nuts.

Yep: most pizza delivery commercials use the same doorbell ring that mine is. They'll wake up out of a sound snooze to run barking at the door.

Any doorbell (and we do not have one), door knock or dog barking has they running to the door.

Max too...there was one commercial in particular with a "ding dong" and he would bark and look at me like Mommy aren't you going to get up? LOL

Reesie likes any dog on TV but she really likes the poor mutt that hides his bone on the Travellers Insurance commercial.

Lucky goes crazy with anything showing monkeys or elephants!! But yeah that M&M commericial takes 1st place with him :)!! I love that one also!!! lolol

Yes, that's the one ! I call i tthe emery cat, my shih tzu goes nuts over it. Takes her a while to calm down , and stop barking. in fact, any commerical with a cat meowing she goes off.

Hot Rod reacts to dogs barking on tv somewhat but with the surround sound, he goes batty over the sounds of crickets or birds. lol

Animal planet does it for Jersey, he hears the dogs and he starts growling as if they were right next to him. Door bells and phones ringing on TV get to him too.
