Hi everyone! my sister adopted two morkie puppies:D. They are both the same colour, and we are wondering what colour they will be when they grow up? :confused: (see attachment)
Does anyone have any info they could share?:thumbs up

Hard to say, how are the parents? They should stay the colors they are now, just lighten up a bit. My friend has a morkie that was black saddle with almost white markings, as he got older he still has black saddle and pure white markings.

Mom is a white maltese and dad is a yorkie with black and tan

Not a Morkie, but my Yorkie poodle mix was the same exact coloring when I got him and he is an all blonde color and has been since about 4/5 months old.

My friends morkie, mom was yorkie and dad was maltese. I can't say he changed much except for lightening up.

Yes that is him now, well when he was around 9 months old but he hasnt changed at all since..Ive attached a few pics so you can see when he was a tiny pup, the last picture was taken a few weeks ago when his last grooming was done..:)

I guess I shouldnt of said he was the exact same color, now that I posted pics and when back and looked at your sister's pup her's is a little bit lighter..:) Anyways, I havent seen a Morkie I didnt think was beautiful, so Im sure your sisters pup will be also..:)..

That is my all time favorite picture of him, he doesnt generally sit still so he is very hard to get a good picture of, so I was very surprised how well that came out, it almost looks like he is smiling..:)..

I'll bet they will just get much lighter. I have 3 Morkies that started out similar to the pic, and one went from a deep redish brown to lighter redish shade, and the other 2 newer ones are more of a champagne or light apricot color.

Thanks :) Introducing my girls, first on the left is Tiki, AKC Yorkie but very light, and almost 2yrs. old; next is Meika the redish Morkie who is 1 1/2, then little sisters Kayla and Karlee, Morkies who are 9 months old. They came from different breeders at different times (except lil sisters), and all kinda have similarities in coloring etc. I love having multiples, especially in pairs.
There are lots more pics in my profile album too.

I have a yorkie/maltese too! She started out dark and has lightened up a lot! She all blonde now..check out my album and you can see the difference
