If I was being bitchy - I'd have said something totally different believe me - Think about some of the things you say to people. To me - some of those are pretty bitchy but then - to each his own as CJ said and ps - Personally - I LIKE the name Disney and the fact that you called your pet Walt. I know someone who has a 'Frank and Beans' (2 yorkies) and remember telling her if she got a 3rd she could name him/her 'Toots' |

If you are referring to other threads...Well I believe each thread should be left alone. ;) |

Not everyone, self included, don't like that fantasy BS. I'm proud to say, I've never watched nor read any of the titles you listed, and never plan to. And, as far as criticizing over the stupidest things... pot, meet kettle  |

I believe by "cj125" quoting "Disney" , she was referring to her (Disney), so it was clear to me anyway just who she was criticizing (and rightly so, IMO). |

I hope the next person actually reads what's been said because this is getting really annoying. Naming pets is not comparable to naming children. |

Sometimes that happens when people veer away from the topic. It started out as names for dogs and what you said was easily misread. As for Twilight, if you have not read it, I suggest you do before making comments about it! |

I apologize to anyone who misread what I said. But I do stand by my comment. Naming your twin children Edward and Bella is creepy. I really feel for those kids. :( You should never name twins after lovers from any show or book, it's just messed up. |
I also have a Bella, I just love the name! |
I personally think a person should be able to call their children whatever they want, there were a lot of Edwards and Bella's out there long before the movie Twilight surfaced. Dogs, children, if they belong to you, name them whatever you like! :) |

Now back OT......the first dog Bella I ever heard of was 20 years ago, a friends great dane was named Bella. I loved the name then and still do, but avoided it because of so many other Bellas out there. |

On the same token, reading how great Twilight is offends me. But as you said, back on topic. We're all entitled to like what we like and dislike what we like. I do apologize for offending people because I don't like Twilight. Moving on. Bella is a very cute name, but I love Belle better. There is the most beautiful pure white German Shepard on my street called Belle. She leaves me in awe. |

To the OP: I like the name Bella...it's cute! :) |
I actually considered naming my puppy twins Bella and Edward! :) I was going to give them the AKC names Sulina's Twilight and Sulina's Breaking Dawn. :) |
I have a foster named Isabella and I think it is just a perfect name for her! :) Very pretty name imo. |

Any way, any other Bella cuties coming out of the woodworks? There's a user here whom's pup is named Bella Blue. I think that is really really cute. :) |
I have noticed a lot of Bellas. |

I have a horse I named Bella, yep after Bella Swan from Twilight!:D I like the name. Maddie was a name dh and I could agree on and Cooper already had her name name when she came to us. (Previous owners thought she was a boy.) I wanted to change it to Miley, as in Miley Cyrus. |

Bella & Edward are common names I could see if the names were Quazimotto and Zena princess warrior, but they are not .:smhuge2: I also find it offensive for you to say dumbo things and create hurt feelings. But hey that is JMO also  |

Have a good one :) But, PS - your post wasn't very nice, either. I've never, IMO, been malicious in singling someone out to call them 'arrogant' and 'condescending'. Just throwing that out for you to ponder ;) |
My little one started out as an Isabella, pronounced E-sa-bella, hard on the E. I was going for a call name of E-sa (in Spanish the I (eye) is pronounced as an E). But when I was playing with her, it went from E-sa! E-sa-bell-a! to just plain ol' Bella to Bella-Boo  But she's not confused ... I think she answers to anything in the general vicinity of her name ;) |
