What is the ONE thing you love about your yorkie?

For me, it would be their sense of compassion. They seem to know when I need that extra wet slppy lick or kiss. Nothing comes close to cheering me up than for Dixie and Daisha to "fight" to get my full attention.

I would say..... I luv when we are sleeping and hes has to be touching me somehow... he just want to be close to his momma.

The best thing about my/all of our yorkies is the love they give us. No matter what type of day you've had you can always expect to go home to a happy yorkie with tons of jumps and kisses just for you. :luvu:

the best thing is, when i come home from work, shes always there to greet me
and tell me she loves me...and the best thing is i know she missed me.

with each one of my babies it is something different...
 
With Macie it is that she is sooooo happy to see me each and every time I get home. It doesn't matter if I have been gone 5 minutes or 5 hours she totally devotes every little ounce of herself to greeting me!
Oh yeah, I can feel the love! :p
With Mia it is her quick wit (that little turd! the things she comes up with to do!) - she is always cracking me up! :D
With Leo, he is such a loyal, lovey-dovey dog. All he wants is to be near me and he's happy... it is so sweet. ;)

when I read this thread the saying "... please help me be the person my dog thinks I am" popped into my head :D

I love how they just "know" when you need love.... they are amazing animals... my cat is the same way, and so is my other dog.

Now if I could teach them to do laundry... life would be good :p

I love that whenever i come home....(no matter how long i have been gone) she gets so excited and loves on me like she hasn't seen me in days.....

I love it when we go to bed at night and she comes over and lays down next to me with her back against my chest and her head on my arm! Melts my heart. :p

With Magic I would say her attitude...she is so much like me that I can't be mad at her at all...she is total diva and stubborn...she is defintely like her mommy!!

With Sailor is it her love of cuddling...she loves to be near you at all times, esp. when we are sleeping, she will cozy up right next to me!!!

I like when Bia greets me when I walk in the door, I can her her collar jingling once I step out of the car. I just like how she is always keeping a look out for me, just waiting for me to come home. Its soo sweet!! I also like how she scratches at my leg when Im on the computer for me to pick her up and give her a hug, I think she wants to make sure I don't forget shes right next to me wanting more attention.

When I open my eyes in the morning to see my two yorkies just sitting and looking at me and as soon as they see my eyes open they smother me with kisses.

Yeap Missy is miss Attitude also! She is always at the door to go bye-bye and my second job I can't take her so she sometimes greets me when I get home but one day she wouldn't even come near me. When I want to trim her fur ,she hides under the bed when she sees the scissors!

Gus hugs me. It is the sweetest thing - he climbs up and puts (I almost wrote arms :p ) his front legs on each side of my neck, sort of kneads his paws and presses his face next to mine. Many times he hurts me a little with his nails but I don't mind, it's worth a little pain. People think I'm making it up until they see him do it.

There are just too many things to just pick one - but...... I guess today it would be the way Rowdy follows me EVERYWHERE!!! When he is in the den with us (where we all hang out mostly), he is usually playing or sitting on my hubby's lap. But when I go anywhere in the rest of the house, he comes along with me. I :love: ROWDY!

I agree with ALL of these and hardly can say my fav thing ...I have so many :) but it would have to be the long soulful looks I get when I look into their eyes - it's like the love is just always there...they are always so in tune with every little thing I'm thinking.... that I really have to be upbeat or they would be sad.

I also Love the little moaning baby noises she makes when I am cuddling with her, it melts my heart :)
