San Francisco - Fleet Week & Yorkies?
 
This weekend is Fleet Week in San Francisco, my family and I are really looking forward to going but we arent sure if we should bring Missy & Max. I know my two munchkins would love to get out and we've taken them to SF before, very dog friendly city.

But I am a little hesitant about taking them this weekend though, I am worried the sounds of the jets might scare them.

What do you think?

Anyone from SF area going?

How I wish I could be there!!! Maybe next year, my daughter and I along with our boys could fly out to spectate!!

I went last year and there was a TON of small dogs (maltese, yorkies, pugs, ect) and non of them seemed bothered by it. It's not that loud, I mean people bring their babies/infants there. I'm taking Coco for sure. If they are bothered, it might take a few minutes before they calm down. You better put Max's "Security" shirt on..hehe

There you are Nobella! I was hoping you'd see this thread :D I am so glad to hear you've been in the past (this our 1st time) and you've seen other doggies there and they weren't bothered by the sound.

Because my new man (very new) invited me to The Marine Ball because he was in the Marines. (WOW he has a nice body)..sorry (drooling). :p

I'm going, I actually wanted to check them out today for their practice, but I couldn't make it. Ill probably go on Sunday though. I dont think I would takke Bia, shes is big Sissy la-la when it comes to being around a lot of people. Maybe she has a phobia or something, I wonder if they can have those, hummmm? NEwayz me and my man are gonna go, Ill think about taking my Bia, gotta thing about if I wanna get clawed or not. Have fun whoever goes!!

I am leaning towards not taking my yorkies, I'd hate to get all the way there and the babies be to much of a handfull. I am going with my husband and kids so I already have my hands full lol...

He's my childhood friend from when I was 8, he was 10. He went to the Marine's for 9 years and we lost touch. He just got back and we sort of bumped into each other by phone, by accident. We've kind of been inseperable since. :D I don't know where it's going. I have doubts but I feel like I need to get to know more before I make a decision for it.
