Pee pee and tail question
 

Who's baby has a longish coat and who monitors their baby while peeing to make sure pee does not get in the coat?

I keep the door closed to her pad so when she needs to go she looks at the closed door and whines. At the shop I need to be more observant or she will go on her own and will at times soak her butt fur :mad:

During the times I monitor her, I lift one leg and her tail and she will move forward slightly so the pee will not get on her fur. Sometimes her pees end up looking like drumsticks. LOL I joke that she draws with her pee.

Am I the only crazy person that does this?

There are special grooming techniques for males where a few strands of hair are left longer so the pee can follow it and stay out of the main coat and much of the tummy hair is kept trimmed for hygeinic reasons as it doesn't change the overall look of a full coated dog. I didn't read the section on females bc at the time I didn't own any females! :D

My groomer trims the hair around Meg's bum so the poop doesn't get caught in her hair, and then he trims the hair around her vag so the pee doesn't drip into her hair. He basically trims the hair completely (leaves 1/8") on her little vag area, and shaves some of her lower tummy hair so it doesn't get mixed up in the mess.

JK But I am beginning to worry about your food associations. And please don't feed her food coloring and have her peeing on paper towels to frame it and hang it on the wall and call it art (unless she does a really good one!) :D:D:D Ha! On second thought, you could change your shop to an art shop and put Uni to work! Problems solved! :D

As my babies are rescues except one, when I get close to them while in the act it's immediate PeePee Interuptus and then they run away! So we do a lot of Butt baths! But they all haul into the bathroom (including my 3 cats) when I have to go. I don't get it. They're allowed to watch and I'm not? How fair is that? One cat is playing hide and seek behind the shower curtain (he's in the tub!). One is in the sink getting a drink (only drinks super fresh from the spigot (sp) (thing where water comes out). One dog having a rub on the rug, one having a nap, and the other trying to chase the cats! It takes us longer to get in and out than it does for me to pee! Then, perfect timing...I really had to go in the middle of the night. The black cat rushes in almost tripping me I lift the toilet seat and turn around to drop my pants and just as I go to sit down he's in mid air jumping from the seat to get to the sink to get a drink. So he got sat on and almost ended up in the toilet and of course I twisted my back out trying not to kill him! Unbelievable!

(And re Britster's Blizzard video, I was about ready to head over to her house when I saw that barbeque all fired up! I'm thinking wow hasn't anybody seen this, did no one catch that fleeting glimpse of hot beef on the barby? Then, I see your post. Out of 57,000 people on this site, I should have known you would catch that and be the first to post about it! You win, you are the Food Queen!)

You are just NOW realizing I am obsessed with food??? I plan my days around my meals, that's how I get through life! I plan my vacations by where I'm gonna eat, not where I wanna shop! LOL No joke, last night I dreamt I ate a whole half of a pizza by myself, but justified it by saying I ate the smaller half. And you really know how I am food crazy?
