Pet Water Bottle anyone use water bottles? How have th worked for you? |
I like having the water bottle for Tuffy; it makes short jaunts around town a lot nicer not having to find a way to water him. He's spoilt & gets mom to hold the "bowl". |
I think the water bottles you attach to the side of a crate or expen are great for puppies. They can't turn them over. However, when they are fully grown, they lap up more water at a sitting, so the water bottle wouldn't give them the water they need unless they worked at it for a long time. |
Congrats!! Just got ur babie cutie~ it just reminds me when I got mine~ I didnt even thought about such a good idea of water bottle~ Quote:

Ohhhh, I'm such a duh I'll bet the OP was asking about the crate/baby gate water bottles not the little portable ones with the bowl like I thought of first. :) |
My furbaby is using bottle too, everything's good because she wouldn't get "wet" from drinking from bowl, she's such a careless one! :D |
The large or small Water Rover from G.W. Little.com cost $9 or $10.50. They are one piece bottle with the bowl attached. All you do is pour and then turn upright so the water goes back into the bowl. They are really great, and have a clip on them to attach to a belt or strap. |
If you talking about instead of a bowl I am not fond of them. I worry the dog is not getting enough water. |
The bowl is attached to the water bottle itself; the bowl is the screw on top of the bottle. The dog gets as much water as they want because the water continues to come out as the dog drinks. Go to G.W. Little and search Water Rover water bottle so you can see it. |

well, my yorkie girl loves to drink from the water bottle when I pour it fresh and cold into the girls' water bowl :p they tend to get mostly water from a bottle with some tap ^^; |
