I got a package today from jasminr, Robin Lodal, and tortoisekeeper! Here are some pics of ALL the awesome goodies Marley and Colt got! Thank you ladies sooooo much. I got a knot in my throat and a tear in my eye when I saw how "all out" you ladies went. I was not expecting this much! It just goes to show you how caring the people here on YT are. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place when it came to this last GE on whether or not I would be able to participate and low and behold... they all came to my rescue!!! I also wanted to thank all the other people that offered me their help.. it has not gone unnoticed :) You are all a GREAT bunch here and I am so happy I found this place!

That you got the package so fast.........Robin, Betty and myself were more than happy to help, I know how hard is being away from home, to me and I pretty sure for them too, was a pleasure to help:D

Oh they. will!!.. I love that little blanket with Cold and Marleys name on it... I showed my DH it and I said " oh look a little brown soldier.. they must have known you were mixed :) he smiled .. I don't know who made it but its adorable..I love that Reeces pillow/bed too! They were chewing away at their bully sticks as they laid on it last night :) and those Natural Balance lamb chips.. I WANT TO EAT THEM lol they smell so good! It reminds me of the shredded beef jerky in the snuff/chewing tobacco look-a-like can. They played with ALL of their toys last night. My DH was amazed by how many things Colt and Marley received. I am so grateful !

I am so glad you liked your gifts. It gave me pleasure to give to you. I made the blanket for you. I have only had my embroidery machine for a little while. I am sorry that it is probally army gear instead of your branch but I started it for you before I knew what branch of the service you were in. It was larger but I messed it up and had to cut off a large piece. The flag was the last thing I put on and the machine messed up again but I thought the other things were too cute not to send. Have you tried making the cookies yet. I got a pack for my babies but have not had time to make them. I want to thank you and your husband for serving our country and hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

I still love the blanket! Even if you did mess up and have to cut it .. I couldn't tell! My branch of service doesnt matter either... we are all one big happy family :) I haven't baked the cookies yet! I am been super busy lately... with christmas parties and my DH leaving for Qatar for 6 months :( I'll keep in touch and let you know how they turn out , they are super cool though!

Danielle, we got your box today, you didn't have to but I love it! I love the mirror, the fan, the chopsticks......the treats don't look scary at all, we will try them tomorrow, I wish I could share some pics too but my camera dont work with my new mac and my old lap top its in the store......thank you so much:) I can't wait to see if I can do the origami:rolleyes:
