What are you getting your babies for Christmas? This might already be posted but I couldn't find it if it is so... I'm looking for ideas on what to get Fancy for Christmas. I have not had a furkid well since I was a kid myself! So I was wondering what everyone is getting their furkids? |
everything :D but seriously he has more toys and treats and cloths for x-mas than anyone else every time I see something I wanna get him I use x-mas as an excuse! |
I ordered Uni some Epiks boots! :D That's it, I'm broke! |
Sophie's getting some toys, bully sticks, Yorkie Yummies, more treats, and some clothes. Her granddaddy even bought her a Yankees jersey shirt that he was so proud of! :p |
I'm probably just gonna put some bully sticks and squeaky toys in a stocking for him :) |
I was just thinking about this tonight. I really don't know what to get, they have it all! So I think that I might take the time to bake them some special doggie cookies or something. |
clothes an treats:) |
WELLLLL..... I got both of them really cute new toys.... 2 each. Then I got Lucy a new Juicy Couture Sweater, Scarf, and Leg warmers set! (SO CUTE) And I still need to get one more thing for Hendrix. My babies are SO spoiled! |
Well, Christmas came early. We just got some bully sticks and himalyan chews. I always head to the pet section of Walmart and Target whenever I get there so I guess if I see something, I'll pick it up for them, but then this is no different from any other time of the year, lol. |
I have gotten Callie a lot of christmas themed toys she loves toys that make noises so i got some that sing Christmas songs, and one of those expensive dog puzzels and im not really sure what my mom (her grammy) is getting her but probably a lot of stuff lol. Oh and I also got her two different edible Christmas cards. I found this one toy online that is a santa and his arms and legs are velcrowed on so she can pull them off (that sounds so morbid lol) and it sings a Christmas song. She always ends up with so many Christmas toys she gets overwelmed so she will open a few then we will wait awhile and a few more like that all day. she loves ripping the paper off and if she rips off a tiny piece its so funny to watch her spit it out. she also likes helping everyone else rip there paper off lol. |
We got Sophie a Hide-A-Squirrel puzzle but ended up giving it to her for her 1st birthday this week so it's back to the pet store for another bone, squeaky toy, new t-shirt and some special treats:D. We don't wrap her presents though. I try not to encourage her paper tearing. I don't want to confuse  her . She got a hold of my husbands wallet the other day and we played "chase me" for 10 minutes before we caught her. Thankfully although she emptied it she didn't do any damage to the contents:p. I'm wrapping some presents for under the tree today so we'll see how that goes!;) |
Well, since my little fur kids don't wear clothes, that's out, and they have plenty of toys, so that's not necessary...I'll probably give them the best present on the planet, stinky, expensive, 12" bully sticks, which means everyday is Christmas around here...lol...I'll probably get a couple of little stockings, over the fireplace w/their names on them, but that will be to make me smile :) lol...And what are they giving me?...Just their adorable little presence (tee hee, little pun here) :D |
I am soooooo glad that I am not the only one that does something for their furry kids... every year since 2007 ( When I got Rocky) I have done something for them, or rater "Santa" Has... My nephew and niece LOVED helping Rocky open his stocking... This year they each can help one of my babies. It is my first Christmas with Nicky!! WHOOP WHOOP, I am sooooooo excited!!! I think the kids enjoy seeing what Santa brought my boys just as much as what they got, lol. |
Our animals are always given holiday gifts.....they are members of the family, after all! This year Daisy is getting a set of Christmas themed tiny tennis balls. She loves to fetch these so much and it is such great exercise. I am still looking for that perfect holiday t-shirt........:happyhat: |
Lots of toys and treats. I like to get the ones at the treat bar at Petco. Warning though....if you have a DH with a sweet tooth you'd better hide them. One year my hubby ate them not realizing they were for the dog!!! I just about died laughing when I discovered it. His fellow firefighters told me not to worry as they would take him out in the parking lot and play frisbee with him. |
Buddy went snooping last week and already found his new bone:( I swear it was in one of the bags buried in clothes I bought my grandaughter and wrapped in it's original wrapper! He sniffed it out so I gave it to him. I think he's getting coal! |
I plan to get Snick: -Himilayan Dog Chews -Go Fetch Jammies -A few shirts from Walmart of course (too cute and cheap!!--Otherwise I despise Walmart:) LOL) -And a few other things when I see what you all post and get ideas!!;) Holiday Huggies- Snick & Viv |
Ella's getting a new bed and a stocking w/ treats and a few new toys in it. She'll be very happy with that. I'd maybe like to get here some PJ's but i'm having a hard time finding some. |
So far they have one of those weasle balls, I'm waiting for a bubble blower to arrive, then they have some soft toys with squeekers in. My sister has brought them each a x-mas stocking, still a couple of weekend to go so who knows what else I'll find. |
Layla is getting "practical" gifts this year- not sure she'll be too thrilled :p She's getting -new go fetch pj's - a softee collar - treats - a few toys She doesnt need for much- so going to keep it simple this year. Probably will give her a new soccer ball- she'lll be happy all day! |

Brooklynn is getting a new dress, (my mom is making it becaus I genetically didn't get the crafty gene) some hair bows, bully sticks, and I am looking for something to hold all of her clothes. I still have a 5 year old that believes in Santa, so Santa has to come for Brooklynn too. :) |
Kimbo has a zillion toys, but has a new one wrapped under the tree. Kimbo is giving a gift to Lily, my coworker's maltese and one to Rocky, my cousin's yorkie. I'm trying to send the message to him that it's better to give than receive, but when he saw Lily's toy, he cried so much for it that I nearly gave it to him! It's really hard telling that cute rascal no! |
This Christmas is tight for us even with our skinkids. I will probably get them a bone from the butcher and one toy each for both of them and the two cats |
Rico is very lucky this year, we brought home a new brother, Diego, for him so he could have a playmate. Then for My birthday (12/11), my boss bought (for me??) 2 Kongs, 2 rubber chickens, 2 Zanies Stretch Animals, treats, and a Yorkie Calendar!! So aside what we were planning on already, Ralph Lauren Sweaters, Collar Charms, Shirts, he and Diego hit the payload!!!! Since we celebrate Hannukah, they are already enjoying their toys.:yay_jump: |

Try bully sticks---- thy are safer and my yorkies are OBSESSED with them.... And because they are tendon, not bone, they don't have the same problem with splintering :) Again, I'm sure you know that..... But just in case :) merry christmas! |

It's true. Be careful. My dad lost a dog once to a splintered butcher "dog" bone. At the time he wasn't aware of the danger. Merry Christmas Chachi & Gang:) |

Ooooh, I've been looking at that Juicy sweater, scarf & leg warmers set too! That is so cute, I think leg warmers would be so cute on - picture time! Everyone has some very spoiled babies, as they should be! I'm defiantely getting Fancy some treats, toys, some new bows for her hair and maybe that Juicy set mentioned above. ;) I'm hoping to get her a napsak too from Cindy, fingers crossed she gets to feeling better soon. |
This year I'm getting Snickers and Baxter a new 'Cozy Cave' dog bed. They both love to burrow under things, so I think they'll really like it. Also some new PJ's. We are taking a break from the toys. Their toy chest is overflowing, so I don't think they'll know the difference! |
