Woof, Woof, Woof! Does it ever stop!? Ok...so, Fiona has this new behavior issue--well, maybe I shouldn't call it an issue. Fiona is house broken, and every single morning now, she will let you know she needs to go out, before, she would just lay accross my head or chest, or even lick my face, well lately, she has been barking or doing her little talking thing, does any of your furbabies do this as well? she is such a vocal dog, its funny! |

I have to be thankful that when I got Fiona at 4 months old, she had 2 accidents and they were both on floors, so she has been a blessing. She is crate trained, and goes on command. However, we just moved in with my boyfriend, and she has been having accidents, but mainly because of my lack of not paying attention to her, if I fall asleep early... |
My Lexi does the same exact thing and what I don't understand is when we let them out of the bathroom in the morning to go outside she barks and barks and barks all the way to the door. I be like alright already why are you barking and you know your going outside. Oh an let me not forget that on the way to the door while she raising (you know the word)she's also jumping up tryn to bite my hand or my shirt. I don't know what she be sayn but she be sayn a whole lot! |
Jasmine doesn't bark. She is a quiet little thing. She just stares at you until you feel her staring and then you know it is time for her to go outside. She also does this when she wants to be picked up............so you kind of have to read her mind. LOL |
Fiona is a good dog. I love that she barks at you when she needs to go potty in the morning. Josh sometimes sits by the back door and barks when he needs to go potty. I try my best to encourage this behavior. I think barking is a clever way for dogs to tell their owners they need to go potty. It also makes me smile when Josh barks when he needs to potty. :) |
