Poor animals! I feel so bad, I just went to get some breakfast at "Farmers Boy" I was in the drive thru and across the way is the freeway, in the dirt field I can see something moving.. so I get my food and I drive over there, I knew it was something because Peanut started to whine and look around. I look at the field and there is like a family of kitties!! Awww A couple adults and a couple babies. So I went over to the liquior store and bought a bad of dry food and a couple cans of wet.. and went back and dumped it over the chain link fence. I feel so bad! The poor kitties, I dont know what to do, If I call animal control they will just put them to sleep.. :( Anyone have any ideas? |
Cats are very resourceful and can take pretty good care of themselves.I would'nt worry. It would have been differnt had it been dogs.Too bad it was'nt a family of Yorkies. You could have had some new family members.:D |
I've also never heard of a liquor store that sold cat food. That's a new one.:D |
Maybe post it on Craigslist? Maybe someone can take them in until they can find them homes?? |

If they are catching mice they are doing your town a service. And that "raw" dinner is probably better for them than cat food. Bless your heart for worrying about them. We women are nurturers:) |
