Both dresses are very pretty and festive. Almost everyone seems to like #1 best, but I think I prefer the second one because it looks like cranberries! Your Fiona is quite the model!

Not many votes for the 2nd one. Thank you. The color is cranberry! My Fiona has lots of practice being a model. She gets a treat when we are all finished so she does her job well! I think she is the most underpaid model out there!!! LOL! She does have a pretty good life though, as most yorkies do.:)

Im so jealous of everyone who can make such beautiful dresses... I was just thinking my Chloe needs one for Turkey day but its too late to order anywhere :rolleyes:

Where do you get your patterns? I cannot seem to find anything really special. I taught myself to knit and crochet from directions meant for children many years ago. Now I do both equally well ( if I may say so myself;)). I would really love to learn to sew, I was eyeing a sewing machine in Costco yesterday...

Like everyone else, #1 for Thanksgiving #2 for Christmas...Of course, by Christmas, you'll probably have made more for us to choose :) With your talent, I'd be making lots too!!! Fiona is lovely...

I get some patterns from the internet, some I just make up. I have a book with lots of different blanket patterns and I use the stitches to make sweaters. I think every one who owns a little dog (and likes to dress them) should own a sewing machine! You are missing out on a lot of fun. I make the things to sell but it is much more fun to make something and then put it on Fiona and go somewhere. I have a blast sewing. I do wish I had a little more time to make her things. I have to make the ones to sell to have the money to make her what she has!!! I enjoy it all though!
