Do you think she'll sit still?? We have a local doggie boutique & spa called Must Love Dogs. They are having a photo session with who they refer to as the REAL Santa Claus, lol. A professional will take your dog's photo with Santa for only $5.00. Sophie can hardly sit still for a minute. Does anyone else have a "spunky" yorkie who would sit still for a photo op? If so, how did you do it? |
Go for it!! I say you won't know until you try...for $5 I would do it!! |
Yes-the price is right. I suppose they have certain "techniques" to make puppies sit still. |
The best way I can get Jasmine and Prissy to sit still for a photo shot is with a treat. Good luck and have fun. Can't wait to see the pics. |
Try practicing the sit and stay command at home. Reward with a treat. I wish Max would sit with Santa...he'd bark at him like crazy! :) |
The photo session is Dec. 12th and I'll try to scan and post the photo:D Sophie does the sit and stay command very well for a treat or not but with strangers all she wants to do is give kisses and get all excited and playful:p. |
I have no idea but I can't wait to see the picture! :D |

Wow, You're so lucky! I wish they did that here for $5.00 Maybe try a new very yummy treat that she's never had or very rarely gets. Bijou's super hyper too, I got her to focus on a treat and got a good photo of her and my daughter the other day. Just hold the treat in the direction of the camera to get her to look at the camera. Can't wait to see the photos!! |

I say go for it too!! Gessh for that price who cares!! I have to pay like 20 at petsmart!! Peanut has had 2 professional pics done, 1 when he was about 8 months and a 2nd one with santa at petsmart when he was 1. He did extremly well, I didnt think he would do that good bc he doesnt like to be held by people he doesnt know and gets nervous. But he acted like he was a model!! I think all yorkies are made to be models!! I say try it! I cant wait to see pics!! |
