The reason that she still has the dogs is because they are still her "property" even the ones at the shelter. The court has to rule otherwise. That is why is SOOO important for us to to write letters to the judge in an effort to influence him on this case and let him know that people are waiting and watching to see how this will be decided. Also, whatever we can do to get the media involved. They were only took the ones that needed immediate vet attention.

The court date is on Monday December 14th. I am looking into possibly picketing the courthouse but I am in the process of finding out what the rights to do so are. If anyone has any info please post it!

Anyone in my local area interested in helping? I certainly wouldn't want to picket alone.

I am waiting on a call back to find out the specific judge.

I will be contacting the local shelters & small breed rescue organizations in the area to see if anyone wants to help.

I just can't stand to think of dogs locked up in cages.

I am going to rally up some supprt and try to get some others to join but if I have to I will go by myself.

I am in marketing and I am going to try to get the news to show coverage of the picketing.

My guess is that she relocated the dogs. I am going to ask someone I know that is from her county to check and see what the word around town is.

They do this crap all the time...More dogs will suffer...grrrr
