G I Gus 1 Attachment(s) We just got back from the Bark at the park event. It was so much fun! I just loved seeing all the other yorkies. Gus's mother was not there but his,,,,, well I think it would be his niece. Gus's father was grandfather to the little girl. So that would make her Gus niece right? Anyway, we took lots of pictures. I will take the roll in tomorrow to get developed and hopefully share them by Monday. Here is a portrait we had done of Gus there. I have to admit my little guy is so darn cute!!! What a great way to complaint Gus's camo harness that Joy made for him! |

Monica...THAT IS A PERFECT PICTURE ! What a little doll - and Joy does GREAT work - that little harness is just adorable for a little GI Gus - HE is cute and he knows it - it shows in how proud he looks in that picture |
what a handsome little boy :D |
Villette,,,,, see what I mean by his ears? I went a little crazy. |
Sounds like you had a great time, and he looks so great. I just bought some material like that for Skippy, so I can make him an outfit. |
Thaks all, yes I had a really good time! We got there too late to enter Gus any of the contest but one,,,,, the fastest dog contest,,, he was clocked in at 16 mph. He was beat by another toy breed who got 17. But for being as tiny as he is and the other dog being alot biger (I think it was a Min. Pinscher) I think Gus did really good in grass that was just as tall as him! LOL Oh yes there was one more contest we could have entered him into,,,,, the water jumper contest. But Gus wanted noting to do with that! The only way Gus would have jumped off is if he backed up and fell in. I doubt that he would have won even if he wernt scared to death of water. Some of these dogs jumped at least 18 feet. It was really cool watching these big dog jump high and far into the water after their toys. This was our first dog event ever. I can't wait for the next one! |
What a cute, cute picture.. I love the American flag background.. He is just a little doll baby.. |
Gus is very handsome :) |
wow wee what a picture... i love it.. oh so beautiful.. im jealous |
What a great pic. Gus should be the new recruiting poster for the military. |
The Bark at the Park was a lot of fun.... even though I didn't get away from my booth for very long. Gus is absolutely the sweetest thing I've ever seen. So cute in his camoflage vest. Monica, I can't thank you enough for bringing him and your gorgeous family. Janet and I got a kick out of seeing your husband walking around with Gus. I never saw the photography place. I would have liked to have gotten Kenzie's picture taken. I would have also liked to have her do the running thing to get her on radar and see how fast she is. Oh well, there's always next year. (For those of you who don't know what that is, they use a radar gun to see exactly how fast they run.) I just found out today, there is another similar event this Sunday in Santa Clarita. I may go, just to be a spectator and participant this time. Kathy |
Gus looks great in his camo harness! Very patriotic!!!!  |
